It's alright. Place blows through staff always different people. Sometimes it's good sometimes it's bad. Used to buy pizza there, but how often do they clean the treys...if ever? I've got sick a few times digestion issues. Defiantly, it was better 10+ years ago.

We are on vacation from NC, came in Sunday night unpacked and googled for something quick and easy for dinner. We decided to try Kennebunk House of Pizza. And it did not disappoint! The pizza was excellent. We got the House special--delicious! And order of fried wings and a side of fries--fried perfectly! Then I saw the baklava...grabbed 3 of those to have for breakfast with our coffee. Also delicious! We will likely be back before we leave. Couldn't recommend it more!

Can’t comment on atmosphere as we did takeout.
Small pepperoni pizza was great. The buffalo chicken tenders also good. HOWEVER, the cheeseburger sub was TERRIBLE. Menu says it comes with lettuce, tomato etc. I ordered the cheeseburger sub on assumption it would come AS DESCRIBED ON THE MENU. All we got was a hockey puck of a hamburger with cheese on a bun. Which was basically inedible.
Update, I called and they refunded the sub but I was told I needed to specify what I wanted on it as opposed to what the MENU SAYS. Please update your menu to specify that you need to add LTO when ordering.
Update 2, I ended up it being nice when I called. I’m sorry to the employee that I responded without thought. The employee was right to call me out. He refunded me and all is right but I standby that the website needs to be updated if does not come as advertised.

After driving 5 hours on the road - we just wanted something quick- never been to maine or here before-not only do you have random people leaving their food and pizza on a counter and coming in and out to eat it- you're waiting forever- a gentlemen was waiting for his pizza before I was there and while I was there which was about 20 min and his pizza was on the rack the whole time- THEN I finally get my 2 small pizzas in a rush to leave that atmosphere- I get back to my hotel and I was given the wrong order- I ordered a small pizza with extra sauce and cheese and a small gluten free pizza with extra sauce and pepperoni ( i am gluten intolerant ) - chicken wings- and fries - what I recieved was 2 small cheese pizzas and what looked like fried chicken......after all of that! It wasn't even worth bringing it back because of the drive and we're on vacation. Would never recommend or go back. How could it be so bad?????? Then I asked what the desert was on the counter and the girl didn't even know........almost $60 wasted here!

My family and I have gone here for years and it's always been good. . Our last two trips however have made it a place of no return. .two weeks ago we ordered and for some reason my daughters cheese pizza was cold...like it had just come out of the fridge cold. Weird...right? This has never happened before. So we called and was told "it makes no sense" and obviously thought it wasn't true so said "just come back bring the pizza and we will make you a hot fresh one." I had just got home and the traffic is always ridiculous and didn't want to drive back down...so I asked for a refund and was told...no you have the pizza so no refund..." When you pay almost hundred bucks on food for your family.you want it done right but instead I get argued with like shame on me for bothering them... Tonight we decided to get food from them again and called in an order and went to pick it up. Eighty bucks later..get home get settled in and then open your sandwich and its got piles of "hots" like hot pepper relish and the other sandwich was supposed to be heated and wasn't so again...we called and talked to someone with no personalality about the order being wrong...again...only this time we decided to bring the sandwiches back and have them re made. .which was incredibly annoying and waste of a lot of time..just frustrated when you the customer is" made to feel "less then" and now have absolutely no desire to go back..and that sucks. ?
