I ordered 2 plain cheeseburgers. When I got my food, the cheeseburgers had everything on it!!
Check your food before leaving to make sure they can actually read 🙄

We stopped there while traveling and when we received the order, one sandwich was missing and one was the wrong one.
The employee bringing us the food to the car was rude and told us to move immediately. We'll, we had waited 10 minutes for the food and wanted to check the order for accuracy before leaving.
I am glad we did since the order was not completed and incorrect.

Always closed early. Tonight had sign on door lobby closed use mobile app or drive through. So went theough drive though and a tiny paper sign taped to the menu board that says. Closed at 6pm tonight last night is was 9pm and the time before that was 8pm and there are employees there in the building.

No access to the lobby to pick up order they allowed you to make on the app they provide and get no acknowledgment of your presence when you know and ring bell could no longer cancel order so guess I’m out my money too and if your thinking why not use their drive thru I drive a truck that does not clear the clearance horrible experience do not recommend.

Worst experience of my life.
Was approached by a younger employee who ask for/tried taking my friends food. Not to mention making disgusting jokes and giving attempting to give us sauce packets he’s had in his pockets for who knows how long.
Ultimately just bothering us while we were just trying to enjoy our food, which the food was still pretty good given the circumstances.

Needed some breakfast and they came through for me with a hot, hot, hot Egg McMuffin and a large coffee. Using the app, my girlfriend and I scored a pretty good deal.
I just came through this McDonald’s and watched one young worker running the entire store alone during the dinner rush while the manager was outside on her phone. That’s unacceptable. No employee should ever be left to handle cash, drinks, fries, grill, and the headset all at once. He was clearly frustrated, but he still gave great customer service and got our food out quickly. Honestly, he deserves a raise. The best food I’ve gotten here came from him running everything solo. McDonald’s, do better for your employees and your customers.
