Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The managers are extremely rude and they take forever. Don't waste your time here go somewhere else.

Been coming here for a little while manager is horrible that’s why Bonny from corporate has to come in you go inside and your waiting for at least 5 minutes before somebody takes your order there slow and always has a wait time for your wants and needs if you have a door dash forget it someone is stealing your order and they will cancel on you been buying my coworkers this for a little and is constantly made wrong Biddeford is better don’t waste your time gere

Almost every time I come here there’s always hair in mine or someone’s food. I just sat there for 20 minutes inside waiting for somebody to take my order while every worker was looking at me and just walking right past me. Don’t recommend

I ordered my meal from the kiosk and entered the table number as requested. When the manager brought out the food she was yelling an order number not the table number and when I mentioned the table number she rudely replied the was no table number when it was clearly in large bold numbers on the bottom of the slip! One of our ordered drinks we did not receive and when I went up to the counter the manager didn’t even ask me why I was there and just said did you order? We are working on and walked past me not acknowledging me so I had to raise my voice to get her attention and she was just rude and didn’t seem to care about customer service. Her attitude completed sucked and by the time I received the missing drink after having to argue with her about it my food was cold. I would not recommend this place nor will I ever go here again with my business.

Lobby was closed, sign says to go through the drive thru. The 12 foot tall box truck that I drive for work will not fit in any drive thru. Some consideration for the working man sure would be nice especially if you're offering your workers $23 an hour for flipping burgers

Google says They close at 12AM the drive through, we came at 11:00pm and all the windows were closed and the employees were avoiding to look by the window so they could avoid talking to us. Update your hours or make sure the employees close at the right time indicated on the internet.
