They overbook with No Refund!
I feel so bad for the workers here.. I come to this location quite often and it's literally the same 2 people every time. Always bombarded with customers and Togo orders. They appear to be very overwhelmed ( that's if there's 2, most of the time it's just 1 person) and rightfully so! I hope this establishment is able to hire more people to lighten the load from their dedicated employees. 5 stars for on all fronts. God speed ✌️

First impressions are my final impressions.
An online order that was place an HOUR AND A HALF before hand was not ready for pickup, with no excuse, and no line of walk-ins. Also, for those wondering, there was no computer error, just an empty bag with my slip taped to it. It’s a blessing to society that these folks are only managing sandwiches and not things of greater importance.
What truly baffles me about companies like this, is the fact that they get away with these kind of actions. If you offer a service to your dwindling customer base, then why do you completely drop the ball when those services are called upon, continuously? Take a look at other comments, they are mostly, if not all, related to ordering online, and they are all just as scathing and diminishing as this one!! Out of touch corporate money grabbing companies, swooning John Q. Public with a few convenient clicks on their app into a what used to be tasty sub, has now left a disturbing tang in my mouth.
I truly feel completely taken advantage of, with no remorse or right-doing from any other parties. Unfortunately for subway, I get the final word, and I can seek sanctity in this review. I wish you poorly subway. You will not cross me again.

Got food poisoning from this subway. The only thing I had eaten in 24 hours before the attack was one of their turkey subs, so it was 100 percent this location.

Kennebunk Subway is the worst! Maybe they should train their staff better or replace them, I don't know. Ordered a BLT Salad and got bacon, lettuce and tomato in a bowl! No cukes, no spinach, no green peppers, no onions and no black olives, ad advertised. Tried calling repeatedly and of course nobody would pick up the damn phone. Like I expected some sort in of customer service! Closer to Sanford. They will get my business from now on!
Google maps says it's in the same building as the Domino's, but it's actually in the Dunkin building. Difficult to find because of this but otherwise a good experience, the churro was cold though.

Giving 1 star for the owner of this franchise. You should be ashamed of yourself, I order from this location almost once a week for lunch. Today this poor girl was working BY HERSELF customers were being patient, but the poor girl was beyond stressed rightfully so. She was trying to call people while she was making lunch for customers. Get out from behind your desk or put down the golf clubs and help the people that help you make thousands of dollars!!! With out her you will have no one.

Only one employee doing a fantastic jobWe ordered 5 sandwiches on line. Ready at 1 40. Arrived at 1 45. We left at 2 20. Where was the owner, manager? You are lucky to have an employee like her. Sorry, I did not get her name. The sandwiches were not made to order, running out of everything. When we left she only had 5 loaves of bread left. No bacon, no roast beef. My sister went in to pick up two salads and had to have them remade with the dressing on the side and she had asked for extra dressing and dressing was barely given also there was barely any lettuce in them after they were remade.I am a manager for a subway in Massachusetts and I was shocked at to what was in my salad definitely not following formulas

Wasn’t busy, I was minding my own business in no rush just waiting for my mobile order. Could barely hear the woman behind the counter. She gave me a bunch of attitude for no reason. Super rude for absolutely no reason.
Typical Subway. Better staffed than most and they operate like a well oiled machine. Very efficient. Happy to see them care about sanitation by separating making subs and handling cash.
Food was good, employee was nice, available selection was terrible. Only had 1 flavor of wrap, limited bread selection and the pop machine only had diet coke. -.-
