There are no prices on the menu and nothing seems to be house made. It was going to cost me $11 for a BEC. I get that people like the vibe, but the prices (and lack of transparency) and mediocre quality has me confused as to why people love it.
I've been coming here for breakfast almost every weekend for over a year now. The breakfast sandwiches are generous and delicious, and when I've gotten a drip coffee or a latte those are excellent as well. I usually get an herbal tea and they have a great selection, including some like cinnamon plum and turmeric ginger that you don't see everywhere. Staff is always super kind and friendly.
We stopped in for brunch and really enjoyed the food, the breakfast sandwiches were delicious, fresh, and perfectly cooked. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience pleasant from start to finish.
The only thing that kept it from being a full five stars was that our coffee was served in to-go cups, even though we were dining in. It would have been nice to enjoy our drinks in real mugs to match the cozy sit-down brunch vibe.
