The sandwich menu looks absolutely divine. But for those who have gluten allergies or sensitivities they do not offer an alternative. Unfortunately will not be able to eat here.

This place is what it says it is. Sandwiches. We got the Banh Mi and the Hi Italian. Both paninis were heavy on the meat and skimpy on the veg. Good bread and solid portion. I like a lot of Celantro on a Banh Mi but I couldn't even taste it on this sandwich. The pork was tender and the vinegar came through from the pickled veg. It would have been great with enough Celantro and some onion. The Hi Italian had good prep on the veggies but pickles, onion, and pesto would have helped that one out too.

Had an excellent breakfast sandwich for lunch today. Eggs are scrambled and folded, a nice twist. The lady working even brought it outside to me, and took my payment as I wasn’t comfortable going inside to pick up as there was an unmasked customer. Highly recommend.
Wonderful homemade sandwich’s from a local business focused on quality. What more can you ask for? The Cuban, Pork Bah Mi, and Short Rib sandwich are each a unique and mind melting flavor experience that can’t be passed up. However, you really can’t go wrong ordering anything from this place. I really appreciate the fact that whenever I take a bite of their food I can tell that time, love, and effort has been put into it. Give this place a try and you will not be disappointed! Looking forward to many more lunches from the friendly folks down at Wishbone’s.

BEEFCAKE - Maybe the Italian, or the short rib sandwich...I'm not sure which is my favorite...they are all delicious and some of the best sandwiches I've had in years. LOVE Wishbones and recommend it if you are looking/needing/wanting a great sandwich! This is the place! Wish I had a picture to post...but I keep eating the sandwich before remembering to take a pic!

Hands down, one of the BEST sandwiches I've eaten anywhere. Period. I had the short rib with cheese. Phenomenal!!! Just goes to show that big things come in small, unassuming packages. And the food here packs a BIG punch. If you're from out of town, stop by the place where the locals eat... at Wishbones.
