Convinced this place is a cult. 21 minutes to get a coffee. The employees are quick and nice, but their ordering system is severely flawed. You order at the first window and pick up at the second so any food that has to be made can't be started until you get to the window. I mean there's a reason every other fast food restaurant doesn't do that. But people are constantly in line to wait = cult?

Hard to park and then front door was locked (8am Sunday) ...it was Drive Thru only, which once I figured it out was fast, friendly and delicious. Maybe a sign when it's only Drive Thru?

Slowest service! The drinks and prices are decent, but my goodness it takes forever and a day to get a drink. They have two service windows, so I’m not really sure why this takes so long. Baristas are supposed to be pumping out drinks for the long line, that is certainly never the case here. Those girls need to learn how to multitask and make more than one drink at a time. If there were any other coffee shops in town, I would go there instead.
The latte's at Aroma Joes are excellent. It's smooth and consistently really good. The staff are always upbeat and friendly. Wait time is minimal. Always a great cup of joe!!

I’m on vacation visiting my family in Maine and Aroma Joe’s is the only place I have found that makes a real cappuccino from Kennebunk to Kennebunkport. Don’t let the other fancy places fool you and trust me I have tried them!

This morning (7:15am) I wanted to order order a small cappuccino and a hot water inside. As I approached the door, it was locked ( suppose to open at 5:15am). Staff told me today they have to open at 8:00am, no explanation why. So I walked to the drive through and ordered. When I received my order they handed me a large cappuccino and a cold water. A couple of customers asked me, I was sitting in the outside area why they are closed and I explained to them what I was being told. A sign would have been helpful at the door. Drive through was open at their regular hours. I guess it was one of those days.
