Aroma Joe's is my absolute favorite!! They make the best coffee, they have the friendliest staff I've ever encountered, it's always super convenient, the Witches Brew Caramel latte is something I dream about (seriously ?) Well done Aroma Joe's ? (Please come to Vermont now ?)

Me and my girlfriend used to love aroma Joe’s , but due to the lack of competency of the staff, the last three times our coffee orders have been wrong. They need to learn to listen and do as they are asked by the customer that is what the service industry is all about

Asked for an iced Carmel Macchiato. I’m not sure if they know how to make one. I asked the girl if she could make it a little lighter, she said sure. Now I have 6 cars behind me waiting for me to move. She finally came back with no ice in the coffee. I just left and dumped it. They ask you what you would like and then I think they get distracted and forget the order.. I gave a good tip at the first window but the second window didn’t have a clue…
