Happy to see Kennebunkport… But glad we waited to enjoy lunch at the Chowder House. The seafood chowder was amazing. We enjoyed sitting outdoors at the picnic tables on the pier and enjoyed views of the harbor. The staff was personable and friendly! Check it out!!
Service is always very good. 2 years ago my wife and I found this place, we tried the lobster stew we made bought it was very good. We have returned several times and every time we have ordered chowder or stew it is served like warm. So unacceptable. Here is a culinary tip I will share with you right from Johnson and Wales culinary school. Serve Hot food Hot and Cold food Cold. Not Hot food warm and Cold food Cool.
