Really lovely! The food is delicious (best fish and chips and clam chowder we've had - both were fresh and flavorful), the view is beautiful, and the staff is wonderful. My mom is disabled and they made sure she was accommodated and comfortable :). 5 stars++

Great atmosphere and service..Jack was very helpful and kind. Fantastic fish and chips and espresso martini 🍸
Quaint outside dining on the water with shell floors and tiled tables makes this restaurant a lovely getaway from the hustle and bustle of busy downtown Kennebunkport, Maine. Our server Jack was kind, accommodating and very knowledgeable about the menu and local area. They have excellent full belly clams and their take on the classic lobster roll should not be missed.

Scammy, they monopolized the parking spaces and make up for it with overpriced, just ok food
What a hidden gem we happened upon while driving! The mussels and lobster roll were absolutely fantastic. Despite the rainy weather, the views were still beautiful and memorable.
We went there for lunch. We had oysters 🦪, crab 🦀 cakes and lobster 🦞 roll which were all excellent. Scenery was also very nice.
Easter $80 brunch and charged extra for coffee and extra for a Bloody Mary and later food poisoning!!
One of our favorites. Small, but mighty. Crazy views of lobster boats and the cape porpoise area.

This is a relaxing comfortable place, staff and service is fanomal, food is great I love just sitting here watching the water, lots of windows to enjoy the outdoors
Omg what a find!! Get In Here!! Opened Monday for lunch and in a holiday too- so cozy & warm and the food …. to die for! Had mussels in garlic broth with a huge grilled buttered piece of sourdough -had the Caesar salad BEST I’ve ever had- great drinks!! Had the espresso martini and Bailey the bartender was superb!
We just stopped for drinks, but such a hidden gem!
My wife and I recently had lunch at Casa Seventy Seven. The location and views are as beautiful as ever, and having enjoyed this spot in its previous iteration as The Ramp, we were looking forward to visiting again.
We sat at the bar, and the service was excellent—attentive and friendly throughout our meal. Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite meet the same standard. My wife started with a crab cake, which we felt could use some improvement. Her Caesar salad was served as large pieces of lettuce, generously covered with Parmigiano cheese and dressing (she opted out of the anchovies), but it was missing croutons—a basic expectation for a Caesar.
I had the Shrimp Po' Boy, which was fine but not particularly memorable. It’s also worth noting that the sandwich doesn’t come with any sides, so you may want to add a side (e.g. the fries for an additional $7).
While the atmosphere and service were highlights, the food left us a bit underwhelmed. We hope to see some refinements to the menu, as the setting truly deserves a dining experience that matches its charm.
Could not seat at the bar because the air conditioning was on and so close to the bar, so cold!!’ We got our bill and we didn’t ask for it we would have asked for more. They should have turned down the air conditioner instead we had to move to a seat not at the bar. Disappointed in the service!!!! The mussels were good. We were regulars at the Ramp. It wasn’t even crowded . Hope they can get things together. We have always loved this place.
