What a gem we found! Casa 77 was a surprise to my wife and I. Just out for a drive on a cloudy day in Maine we could never imagine such a quaint restaurant sitting on the docks. Walking in we found a pub reminiscent of an old seashore tavern. The menu is small and simple! The fisherman empanadas were full and tasty! The fish and chips my wife ordered were amazing making me jealous I got the burger, but I wasn't disappointed! The flavors danced on our tongues like John Travolta in Saturday Night Fever! We highly recommend it but trust us when we say come during the winter because this place I am sure is slammed during the summer! This will be our go to when visiting Kennebunkport!

Brunch with one of the best views in town. I'm excited to come back in the summer to have a drink outside.

We were there on Monday for lunch during the storm. Nice to see that the old 'Ramp' was renovated. It needed it.Great service, location, and staff. We'll be back soon.

We visited yesterday for the first time since this restaurant changed hands. We loved the Ramp, so we had hoped that the new place would be just as good. The wait staff and bartender were friendly and efficient, and the new owners did a nice job of refurbishing the decor. We arrived around 5pm and there were only a couple of parties seated. The waiter said that it was a very limited menu due to the upstairs being busy because of Prelude. So we ordered what was available: a burger and some empanadas. We were quite disappointed in both. The overcooked burger was not much bigger than a McDonalds burger, and although tasty, we just could not justify a $24 price tag. The fries were good, but over-salted. The empanadas were small, dry and lacking flavor-overall just bland pastry with not much filling. Between the food, a beer and a cocktail, the bill was just under $70 plus tip. I know that prices everywhere have risen in the past year, but this pub food and beverages just does not justify those type of prices, in our opinion. Most likely will not return.

Great lunch spot. The burger was the best I have had in the area. The crab cakes and the salad that came along with were also a highlight. We loved the back room with European style seating to enjoy the quaint view of fishing boats. Mostly small tables so may be more challenging for a large group. Epitome of Maine!

Charming location overlooking the water in Cape Porpoise. My family and I have been a few times and enjoyed all the food we had -- fresh and delicious. Service has also been good. We found the portion size for items other than sandwiches to be too small for the price of the food (especially for being the casual sister restaurant of the formal restaurant upstairs), so we haven't found ourselves prioritizing this spot over other places in town. But, I remain optimistic for when they settle in.

A bit pricey, but goes with the territory.Kid-friendliness: Not really.Wheelchair accessibility: Would be difficult.

Very expensive for the small serving of soup with the cost the equivalent to a bowl. Charged $4.50 for four pieces of bread and butter. Condescending response when asked about portion size.

Stunning renovation from the old Ramp. Excellent service, and food unlike anything in the area. Everything is fresh and made in house. Unique selections including Shrimp Toast, Fish Empañadas, Triple Berry Panacotta, and Sticky Toffee Pudding. Open year-round.
