Cute place right on the water! Our cortado with oat milk + pumpkin spice latte were very good. When we walked by later, there was a line stretching out the door.

Poor customer service

Any example of a young person who has spent their youth in front of a screen and has no idea how to interact with people.

Unfortunately covid and virtual learning created these young workers who don't know how to communicate and when you try to let them know a frustration they lash back out again instead of trying to learn and grow as a person.

( again if you look at their response you will see a prime example of someone who just can't say I'm sorry... unfortunate state of many youths today. No social skills )

Dock Square Coffee Shop in Kennebukport Village serves the best coffee drinks in Maine. Simply delicious. I am addicted to the Salted Caramel White Mocha Latte and the cappuccinos. You will not want to miss it. Charming, small and quaint shop with great barristers. Very friendly staff. Ideal location in the middle of many shops and a three minutes walk to the Clam Shack. You will be coming back again and again

I discovered that the owner, Anette, was my barista, and she proved to be an incredibly knowledgeable and engaging individual who truly brightened my day. Additionally, I had a wonderful conversation with a staff member named Karen, who is among the most sincere people I have ever encountered. This coffee shop is a must-visit for everyone!

Nice little coffee spot in town! We went at a very busy time but we’re able to find a seat. We tried the Whoopie pie and had a few coffees. The honey lavender latte was delicious.

Went to this coffee shop all week, spent well over 100 dollars. One day my coffee split in the shop because of the flimsy cups and they refused to re make my latte and would only put the rest over ice. Overall very disappointed with the hospitality in Kennebunkport.

I came here after Boulangerie in Kennebunk was out of all food and I was looking for another small local coffee shop to get an iced coffee. This is a cute place right in downtown Kennebunkport! The iced coffee was good, and bonus, I got a croissant and it was so delicious! It was more dense than airy and seemed to have flaky salt on top - not sure if they make these in house, but it’s a must try if you’re stopping in!

Parking: There are 15 min. spots right out front if you’re just running in.

Dock Square Coffee House is an adorable tiny coffee shop in the heart of Kennebunkport. It frequently has a very long line which highlights its popularity. There was a very large group in front of us on line. The young man working the counter did a wonderful job at interacting with them patiently as they worked to form their order. It's always a pleasure to see great hospitality in action! My husband's cold brew was great. We will definitely return.

We were visiting the shops near by and noticed this nice little coffee shop and we stoped by and i ordered a Hazelnut Ice Coffee. It was delicious and i was able to add my own cream and sugar. I would visit again. Very friendly staff and there is seating in there.

Parking: You will have to walk to visit here. It is only a foot path.
