Halibut was way undercooked and had to make a return to the kitchen to be edible. Duck was delicious as was the flourless chocolate cake for dessert.

We've always had a fantastic experience here at Earth at hidden pond, but tonight was a slight disappointment. We came to Earth to celebrate a birthday, we noted it in the reservation and we were asked at the beginning of our meal if we were here to celebrate an occasion. To that, we stated that it was my husbands birthday. We then see other tables given desserts with candles, we thought that would be the same for us , but unfortunately did not get the same treatment. It left it feeling like our waitress didn't either remember or care to acknowledge it again. We again, left very disappointed to a special night.

This was our second time at Earth and it was amazing! We went for our 8th wedding anniversary and they treated us like a king and queen. Cant say enough about how good the food and service was. We will be back!

Earth is our favorited place to celebrate special occasions. My husband and I celebrate our wedding anniversary there each November. This time we celebrated my husband's birthday. The food is always delicious. Earth knows how to make its customers feel special by surprising them with an extra, such as a champagne toast, or a surprise extra dessert! Keep up the good work, Earth! We had the carrots, oysters, scallops, sirloin, doughnuts, cheese cake, and lobster fettuccini. The bacon jam with the scallops was AMAZING! :-)

We were a party of 6 people and reserved the Pottery Shed. It was a perfect venue for a private party. Great choices of food, and the quality of everything that we ate was outstanding. Super friendly service. All things considered it was a perfect evening.

Food and ambiance were excellent! Only complaint was that my husband couldn't order his first choice of entree because they ran out. Highly recommend if you are visiting the area!

This place was beautiful and had an amazing ambiance. I was on a date and we were both impressed by this restaurant, from the vibe to the food and service. Hidden away in the woods it was just perfect.

My wife and I ate Easter dinner here and both the drinks and food were amazing! The family style format was wonderful. We were able to have all three dishes from each course, rather than having to pick just one. After the first course arrive in 3 serving dishes (hot honey glazed carrots, crazy amazing salad, and lamb fettuccine) and we served ourselves some of everything, the conversation just stopped. I knew we had landed at an amazing food destination when all I could manage was, "Are we supposed to be talking?" OMG, the food was just so delicious. The next course was as stunning and delicious as the first (beef tenderloin, halibut on lobster risotto, and haricots verts), and the desert was just perfect as well. We both got a creme brulee and an Earth doughnut. We really received A LOT of food for the price and got to taste the entire, delicious menu. A rarity in the restaurant industry. Also, it was a beautiful, sunny, 50 degree day, so we were able to walk around the grounds abit after dinner. Some folks were even sitting around one of the fires enjoying a drink. We can't wait to come back on a non-holiday evening for dinner.

We are from time to time diners at Earth, either the two of us, or family of ten. Being repeat diners speaks volumes. Thomas

We stopped at Earth at Hidden Pond for dinner on Friday night. We had a lovely time, and every dish we had was a hit. To start, we had the tuna shashimi (perfect flavors), beef tartare, and the carrots. For the second course, we had the cavatelli, pork belly and crab cakes. Of those 3 - the pork belly was our favorite by far. The waiter also gave us the barley risotto to try for the table which was also really delicious. For our mains, we had the salmon, venison and the duck. Each was perfectly cooked to perfection. For dessert, we had the donuts, crème brûlée, and they brought us over the chocolate cake to try. The donuts are always our go-to & can’t recommend them enough. 10/10 - no notes.

First dinner of our honeymoon and the vibes were immaculate, the food was to die for, and the waiter really took care of us ?. Can’t wait to come back for an anniversary!

Dietary restrictions: Peanut and shellfish allergy - they were very good with the allergies and could modify some of the meals to be made without shellfish or nuts! Great service.
