My family and I went here for dinner 10/13 and had a great experience. It was cold and raining so I think that kept some folks away as I know there can be a wait. We were greeted and able to be seated right away inside. Others have written about some rudeness but everyone was friendly. It’s very tight as you walk in and there isn’t much room to mill about, so if there is a wait I can see how there is ambiguity around what you need to do and where the staff could get frustrated coming in and out of the kitchen in the same spot, but I didn’t experience that
Our server Olivia was excellent, she was prompt, professional and very polite, she definitely built on the experience. We ordered steamers, lobster and some chicken sandwiches for the kids. The steamers were good as were the lobsters. We also had three desserts and drinks, the total was very reasonable at $130 for 4 of us. Additionally their chowder is gf although we didn’t have it and the strawberry cake was gluten free as well. Great as my daughter and I are celiacs. The place is certainly no frills but I like that. I would come back for sure, but at an off hour as I could see this place being extremely busy.

Here on vacation with my wife and loved this place. The lobster was so fresh and tasted great! Also the clam steamer was amazing ! We both got clam chowder as well which was also great! The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the shrimp cocktail—kind of small (only five shrimp) and kind of meh. Still, such a special place!

Treated here by my partner's family, and boy was it a treat! Giant lobster, delicious steamers, and a nice outdoorsy atmosphere even inside! The only reason I'd give 4.5 stars on the service front was a simple mistake where our waitress misunderstood myself and my partner's dad ordering "same" as my partner, and thus forgetting to bring the clam chowder we wanted. It was delicious though, absolutely awesome!
What a fantastic place! Yummy food and attentive staff. Get the lobster roll and blueberry pie.:)

This was a really cool experience, especially if you're looking for something to do that is uniquely Maine.
If you're looking for lobster, this is the place to go. My girlfriend got the lobster roll and loved it. I ended up getting a grilled chicken sandwich (I don't eat much seafood) and it was meh.
But based on all the excited people eating lobster, I can highly recommend Nunan's for that!
Oh, and just a note: they're cash only, so keep that in mind.

Delicious! I am not a seafood lover, but coming to Kennebunkport has turned me into a lobster lover. This was my first time ever ordering seafood for myself (normally I just try my husband’s to see if I like it) and I demolished my lobster roll. It was delicious!! Bring cash though! They don’t take card. (But they do have an ATM onsite)

The very best restaurant in the state of Maine. The Atmosphere is Perfect, comfortable, and all hand made. The food is fresh, cooked to perfection, and plentiful. The service is awesome, the employees love their job and you can tell they are proud of this establishment. Try it, you will not be disappointed.
