Another excellent dinner at the Burleigh. Great food in a nice room, with a friendly and welcoming staff. The slightly lemony Caesar dressing is lovely, and the stuffed halibut was, as always, excellent. The salmon sat on a very tasty bed of quinoa. The chef's sauces are flavorful but not overwhelming, so the flavor of the fresh ingredients is enhanced, not replaced. Which, of course, is the main reason we keep coming back.
Excessive wait for food. Two entrees finally arrived warm — two entrees were stone cold. No point in sending anything back as it took over an hour for the food to arrive in the first place. Waitress was very engaging and efficient. Food did not match expectations based on past reviews. See no reason to return.
A fantastic dining option in the Kennebunkport area. The food and the service were excellent. Try to visit here during the Christmas holidays. It will be an experience that you will not forget.
