We were in Kennebunkport for a famiiy vacation and had dinner here our first night and it was incredible, the Tomahawk Wagu was to die for! Loved everything so Much that we went back for our last dinner on vacation and it was just as amazing!! Thank you The Blanchard's
I went to this restaurant Sunday night with my fiancé and thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the atmosphere here. Our server was also extremely personable and made our experience that much better for us.
The prices are not appropriate for the portion sizes at all, but we come because the food, service and atmosphere are exceptional!
Exceptional outdoor dining/bar. Service attentive. Outdoor bartender needs addition al help. Amazing vibe
All was excellent for most of the evening. The only reservation was at 845, so we were there at the tail end of service. Mixed grill was excellent, except for the extremely dry chicken. I told the waiter who informed me the kitchen was closed. The manager was slightly confrontational about what I wanted him to do about it. He said he would cook another one but it would take time, so why don't we have dessert. I thought that meant he was comping us dessert, but I was wrong. We were full and wanted to take the rest home, but he made me try the chicken before packing it up to make sure it was OK. To be honest, the new chicken was moist and juicy, but it wasn't grilled and we didn't get as much as the original mixed grill had on it. But, I wasn't going to debate all that. The other issue is that they started doing cleanup and breakdown of everything while we were there. Little table lights and other bits of ambiance were being stacked up in a pile nearby and other larger end of night cleanup events were occurring around us. I get that people want to go home, but why allow a reservation at that time of night if you can't provide the normal service and ambiance? I'd go back, but I would only go earlier in the night with a better chance of moist chicken and full atmosphere.
Another amazing meal! Best meal we had in kport in the 10 days we were there. Although little pricy, the food is amazing. My husband had the skirt steak and I had the chicken. Both were delicious. If you haven't been here it is definitely worth a visit.
We have eaten at The Lost Fire many times, and it never disappoints. Last evening we sat at the bar. We had our favorite hearts of palm salad along with the short ribs—a new dish for us. Everything was delicious. The cherry on the top—besides the salted carmel gelato—was the staff behind the bar. David was wonderfully attentive and personable as always. We don't know the name of the bartender that served us, but he too was equally accommodating and gracious. Overall, another memorable experience. We will be back in a couple of weeks when family from Texas is in town. The Lost Fire has already been requested for our family dinner out.
The Lost Fire was 100% worth every dollar. I booked this last second for my girlfriend and Is anniversary with little knowledge of it going in and we could not have been more pleased. From the second we walked in we knew this was a great choice as it was apparent the level of effort just put into the ambiance, with a beautiful attention to detail in just the interior's design. The food and service we're even better. Our server, Andy was attentive and offered great suggestions and explanations throughout the course of the meal and enhanced the experience just that even more. For apps we got elote, which came out steaming hot and empanadas, which are truly a can't miss. We were also given fresh focaccia bread as well. For entrees we got a strip steak and filet mignon, which were cooked perfectly as were the sides of potato salad (our favorite) and mashed potatoes. For dessert, we got the bread pudding, which was absolutely insane and a must try. We look forward to our next visit!
Always like sitting outside . Great if you have children with you. Food was good and our servicer Cass was good
Simply amazing! The best service at the bar. All the bartenders were great and very attentive. Empanadas are a MUST! We can't wait to come back during our next trip.

Long short rib and filet were incredible along with empanadas. Outdoor vibes were perfect.
The coolest patio ever?! A must visit in Kennebunkport!!
The views on the back patio are 10/10. Amazing food too!! Have an after drink cocktail at the fire pit. Highly recommend
David the bartender was attentive and provided outstanding service, thorough descriptions of the food and specials, and a warm hearted guy who is trying to give you a great experience and so sweet to all of the staff he works with.
The food was outstanding and I would recommend it to anyone that enjoys a fine steakhouse experience. Also, took the gluten allergy very serious.
Best steak I’ve ever had by far, Parmesan fries were the perfect side, waiter was sweet, highly recommend
