First time at the Bistro where we ate at the ski club level (3rd floor) for lunch. With the sun out, the views were amazing and there was a nice buzz in the cozy space. The oysters were plated with appreciated attention and were quite fresh and just briny enough. Went as part of resturant week. The food was a ok, the most disappointing aspect was the chocolate souffle. It was not a souffle. It was a dense cake, with a lava like center. Total misrepresentation. It is a nice location, worth a summer lunch. It is on the water. Not upscale food.
