The owner and staff are smart, knowledgeable and happy to help you find new items to try that fit within your macros/diet/medical needs. I love looking every day to see what bakery items they have available, and every single one that I’ve tried is so good I go back for more.

I just started going to 360 a few months ago. Great little shop. Lots of interesting items to choose from. The staff is very knowledgeable and eager to help.I spoke with Lori today for a bit and she was very professional and helpful. A few weeks ago I came in and she was helping some folks from out of town with an issue with their car. Above and beyond the call of duty! Very impressive.This place feels like you’ve found a hidden gem. Highly recommend stopping in.

Fantastic shop/bakery for those who typically have to order keto/low carb/diebetic foods online.I honestly don't remember when I first started shopping here, must be almost two years now and there's just no other local business that can compare.Everything is fairly priced, the bakery items are to die for, everything is labeled so you know what you a buying nutritionally.Id frequently go in and ask whoever is working their opinions on different brands/products and they LOVE to help.Highly recommend.

This shop is so great! The desserts are so delicious. I love to pop in on my drive from Portland to Boston and pick up a bunch of desserts for family gatherings. The staff is lovely and the selection is great. I drool at the thought of their cheesecakes. So good!

I was so excited to find this store and bakery in Kittery. The staff was super friendly and answering questions about the products for another customer when I arrived. I got several items from the bakery case and I must say the cheesecake was amazing! I loved browsing and shopping all the other items that I can never find in stores. Amazing store with a wide range of products and very friendly staff. I’m lucky to only live 20 minutes away so I frequent there often. Definitely worth making a trip for their bakery treats as well as their dry food selection.

Awful experience with Employee and Owner. Do not recommend coming here at all.Edit: Owner has replied very rudely and in a way that shows they are clearly not ready for this level of responsibility. Would give zero stars if I could, hopefully the store gets more mature leadership soon.Employee forgot to bag a piece of cake that I had ordered and I did not notice until I arrived home. I called and they said that they had it, I said the fastest I could be there was 2 minutes after closing and they said that was fine.After arriving and apologizing for the hassle, an employee began to berate me, calling me entitled and saying that I was extremely rude. They said that ‘everyone in the shop said you were entitled as well’I contacted the owner about what happened and after not receiving a response for days on my first response they responded very rudely.I will not be going here and will be actively discouraging people to not come here. There are far better options with far better employees nearby.
