I got the chicken salad on a croissant. I asked for extra mayo, which they forgot. I had to get back in line to get some. By then, my husband finished his sandwich so we didn't get to eat together. After I put the extra mayo on my sandwich, I bit into it, and there was no flavor. There wasn't any salt, pepper, or anything. Just bland as can be. I threw half of it away. Very disappointed.

I've bought bread and tofu sandwiches for my husband, and gotten coffee (from help yourself carafes) to sit outside while meeting someone. But I've never been able to eat here since I'm vegan and GF. They haven't ever had a gluten free option. It's a really cute spot though. Always busy, lots of local traffic very committed to them. And they are active in the community making donations for local events.

A nice find for an early lunch. I had #1 chicken and pesto sandwich and my friend ordered a breakfast sandwich. We enjoyed our sandwiches very much, mine had nice soft bread and was very tasty. The place is quite busy for a Saturday. Will definitely come back!

Everything is yummy at the Beach Pea Bakery! Our family loves the fougasse bread, the breakfast croissants filled with your choice of chocolate, raspberry, ham and cheese, or my favorite: spinach and cheese! I love going in to see what they have for cupcakes! The cupcakes could be something like a lemon cupcake filled with a raspberry filling and raspberry cream cream frosting or chocolate with cherries or whatever flavors they have come up with for that day! Their chocolate eclairs are to die for! They have sandwiches and delicious salads! My favorite is the roasted veggie! You can't leave without a bag of their cowgirl cookies!
