First time here but it won't be the last! We had ahi tuna on tortilla chips with delicious sauce and seaweed salad. Second round was lettuce wraps, you have to get the peanut sauce. It really adds so much flavor. Drinks we had were good also.

We went here for an open mic gig that my fiance played at with his band. So, live music first and foremost. We decided to order dinner whilst there. The braised short rib steak and cheese was the most phenomenal sandwich I've ever had! Tender, juicy beef, soft sub roll and nice fat steak fries, perfectly prepared! 1000% would come back to try more items on the menu!

Visited on a Sunday for brunch. Food was good, very fresh, bloody Mary was great, and great to have vegan options! Service was friendly and speedy, and farmer's market was going on in the parking lot right outside the door. Live music was good but a little loud. Very convenient and we'll be back to check out their full menu!

For this area, it's definitely one of the better places to eat. My experience is only from brunch. Great service, full bar, and easy menu. Portions are good. Got the brisket Benedict. The hollandaise sauce was actually good, a pleasant surprise to me. The brisket flavor was ok. I do wish the bacon came a little more crisp but I'm sure you can ask for it. Recommend.

Long-time 'displaced' Kittery resident who came here expecting to have lunch with my cousin. Much to my surprise, my husband planned a surprise party for my 60th birthday attended by my cousin's from the local area, long-time friends and immediate family the latter who flew in from NC, NV & FL or drove from Dixfield & Windham, Maine. I was too excited to eat but everyone who did thoroughly enjoyed their meals. HUGE shout-out to Brad who spoke with my husband beforehand and the bar & waitstaff who were wicked amazing! Thank you!!

A breakfast burrito w short rib and fried chicken. Maybe a little hot honey would have made it great. But really good breading!

$11 for a 12oz in-house brewed beer? Thats excessive plus the beer was average. Also, if your gonna have a grateful dead tribute band play, dim the lights a tad. The place was lit up like a classroom. Not a live music atmosphere at all.

We held our wedding rehearsal here at the blue mermaid and they did a fantastic job. The menu was super easy to pick and we were able to add on a few extras. Brad and Scott were great to work with and very patient with all of our questions. We got so many compliments from our guests on the food. They were also very helpful with labeling all of our food allergies for our guests. The staff were all extremely kind and super helpful. Highly recommend for hosting an event.
