I got a original chicken sandwich plain with cheese and a medium rootbeer they charged me 25.60 i didn’t realize until I looked at recipe pulling away and turned around went with recipe asking for an explanation of this price for only a sandwich and drink she told me that’s the price you can go eles where next time very rude female worker and she has to be pocketing money from each persons order this is unreal so unprofessional I’m calling corporate this is unacceptable !!!!’stay away from kittery burgerking!!!

CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF OLD/STALE/UNFRESH FOOD AT KITTERY BURGER KING DO NOT GO THERE!!!!!! We just spent $32 on 2 whopper meals. Both sodas were flat with a syrup taste and we did not drink them. Lettuce was wilted and old. Both burger buns were stale and crumbling as we tried to eat them. We will never eat at the KITTERY MAINE BURGER KING LOCATION. They are selling horrible food with absolutely no quality Control. Please stay away from this burger location in Kittery.

I judge all BK’s by their Impossible Whopper. They make a great one! Ask for your fries extra crispy and they are outstanding. Friendly staff, too.

Not a single person wore gloves through the whole process and I watched the person touch a bunch of things before they made the burger without washing there hands first or putting gloves on. Also they were talking and not doing anything when people were waiting for their food.
Woman at drive thru is always sassy. Don't usually post negative reviews but she is just mean every time. I asked her to wait for just one second because I wasn't ready to grab my food. Mind you there wasn't anyone else behind me. She lets out an audible sigh of disappointment and goes to close the window. Sheesh I waited for a couple minutes and she can't give me 20 seconds to grab the bag of food? I don't understand the reason the nice gentleman who handed me my drink wasn't the same one to hand me my food. He is much more friendly. Keep him at the window and send that cranky lady to where she doesn't have to interact with customers. That is all

I’ve used the drive thru here a few times now and it will be the last time! You wait in line for at least 15 minutes to pay - it is so slow - taking my business back across the street to McD’s!!
