Chauncey Creek is always excellent. Now that I live outside the US, I make sure to schedule my visits during the open season. The food (steamers and lobsters) was perfectly prepared and delicious. Even the sides (coleslaw, corn on the cob and onion rings) were amazing. The setting on Chauncey Creek, with a view toward Portsmouth Harbor really adds to to the ambience. And the stars are all super welcoming, efficient and friendly. This is our go-to destination for exceptional...
My first lobster in the States - and it would remain the best so far. Absolutely fresh and the ambience is unsurpassable. Unfortunately, I just caught the last day of the season, which meant I didn't have the pleasure again during my stay. Otherwise I would have liked to come again.
Very good lobster rolls. Nice quality lobsters. Not the biggest amount served. Probably would have done a whole lobster instead.

Ambiance is fantastic... You sit outside on a dock on an inlet. Picturesque and lovely.
