I always go here after church and get a Oreo blizzard there so good and the employees are so nice and caring for each other and I love the way they work together

It's rare that I'd review a fast food or mass-produced ice cream place but I have to say that every time I've been to this DQ I've been shocked at how GOOD the food is! I'm not sure if this is true of all DQ's, but as fast food goes this is so above any other place I've been. I actually take time to enjoy every bite of the burgers, unlike most fast food places where it's just a matter of satiating hunger. Everything is made-to-order, so always hot and at it's best when it's handed to you. The people who run it are friendly and effecient. Great job Kittery DQ :) !

Actually this Dairy Queen is in a spot you wouldn’t expect but it’s actually good for a quick bite
I've only come here twice recently and both times have been negative experiences. The first time, it took the staff forever to even acknowledge my presence at the mobile order pickup counter and my fries were cold. The second time, they got multiple parts of my order wrong and every time I pointed each of them out, the staff gave me more and more attitude...and my fries were once again cold. I give two stars because I generally love Dairy Queen and the atmosphere is cute, but otherwise the food at this location is subpar, the staff is unfriendly, and orders are frequently incorrect.
