It was OK. Prices are too high. That said, there were virtually no donuts. I know that they changed the name from Dunkin Donuts to Dunkin, but there should always be donuts available, and they should be fresh. When they are available (at any location), they are stale and hard as a rock. That's not a good look for this corporation at any location.

Go 2 coffees in kittery both water with creme..no coffee.disgusting..hash browns were stale And cold. Would not suggest this dunkin donuts.

Lady at the drive through window has a minor attitude problem. Asked for croissants, was met with âno croissantsâ with a little âtude. I worked costumer service for 10 years and that is not a level I would ever stoop to. Ordered two drinks on Mobil app by accident instead of one, and I let her know that this was a mistake on my part. Just said âYup, you didâ as in yes you did get out of my drive through line Iâm sick of youâ.
Thatâs how I took it. Didnât make me very happy Iâll tell you that. Just overall passive aggressive.

Got two iced coffees to go. This was the absolute worst iced coffee we have ever had. This is a Dunkin... What the heck. It was like the flavored syrups were mixed up... Employees were fine. Just a bad day in the coffee department.
