love love love their food. especially there glazed krella. I'm sure I spelled krella wrong. anyway I could eat a dozen of them
We stopped today for lunch. The barista was very unwelcoming, she sighed forcefully as she took our order. Seemingly annoyed by the line of customers. We ordered a premade turkey on sourdough sandwich, she tossed it across the counter. The sandwich was extremely dry with wilted greens, I asked for mayo to make it edible. The same server seemed very put out and replied “if you give me a minute”. Tomato soup was very strong and thick, seemed like hot marinara sauce. Will be avoiding in the future. The one positive was the latte which was very good.

Gotta stop on for the fall lattes!
WiFi is probably the slowest I’ve used at any coffee shop, but the latte was great!

Very efficient, they have breakfast sandwiches already made. My husband wishes it was made to order bc his wasn’t warm enough. Great selection of baked good. Cute place and I would recommend.

$18 for two small lattes and 1 croissant is kinda crazy. Can't beat the baked goods but needs the following improvements:
-Optimize seating with more 2 person tables. Lots of 4 person tables taken up by 1 person.
-Only served a latte in a to go cup. No latte art. I realize it's all the same but that's the reason I go, it's part of the atmosphere. And if I'm paying ~$6 and waiting 15min it needs to be on point.
-No prices on any of the baked goods. There used to be. I don't want to ask for it. Just put it on the label.

The line was very long so we knew that it was going to be a great spot and worth the wait. The donuts are to die for and the coffee is fantastic. Definitely a must stop.

I’m a Kittery local and have been coming here for years. The pastries are the best, and the cold brew is excellent.
That said, the service could really use improvement. The staff move painfully slow, and it’s frustrating to see a line out the door with no sense of urgency behind the counter.
The tipping system also feels off. The preset options are 15–30%, which is steep for a transaction that amounts to putting a cruller in a bag and filling a cup of cold brew—especially at the pace it happens. It’s hard to justify when similar retail transactions don’t expect a tip.
Lastly, the layout behind the counter is inefficient. Employees constantly bump into each other and get confused about who’s doing what. Honestly, I feel bad for them, because the setup doesn’t set them up for success.

The cruller was the best I’ve had IN MY LIFE!! I saw other reviews mentions it was life changing and it truly is. It’s officially the best I’ve ever had and will be making the long journey more often just for these.
Coffee was great too.
