Really gross. 🤮 Today I came to dine in after ordering via Door Dash for a few years. It has been hit or miss for a while. I ordered a taco salad and sat down. From where I was seated I could watch the going on sun the kitchen and holy hell was it eye opening. I worked in the service industry for 20+ years both front and back of house and I I never seen anyone wash their hands with RUBBER GLOVES ON after handling cash and picking up dirty dishes. I watched the cook make my salad and sit it under heat lamps. I waited 15 minutes for my HOT salad with a ridiculous amount of hot drippy chicken that melted the cheese into a rubbery mat. The guacamole was brown. It was sad and it was delivered by the bro in the same nasty black gloves.

Incredibly rude staff. One old lady and a bunch of teenage girls who couldn't care less about the customer. Stale, hard chips. Burrito had fries in it (gross) and not even good fries that you could take out and enjoy. They were greasy and limp.

Ordered taco salad and chili verde. This was a take out order. The taco salad was only lettuce rice and beans. Forgot to put pico de gallo, sour cream, guacamole and cheeses! This is not the first time they have shorted me on ingredients.

The phone service is SO rude. I’ve been hung up on multiple times when calling about an order issue. When i finally got someone on the phone they were extremely rude and abrasive. I was mid sentence saying “thank you for the help “ and they hung up. Very rude staff. Very disappointing because the food is good.

Always looking for good Tex-mex restaurant that allows meals to be veganized. Loco Coco fits the bill. Their veggie burrito, no dairy and with tofu chorizo option is enormous and delicious. Their guacamole is excellent. Ordering online was seamless. I almost gave four stars because of the attitude of the woman at the register, but taking away a star because someone might be having a bad three minutes isn’t worth it.
