Ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and a froxen coke. Sandwich was good but not hot. Fries were not as tender as I remember them. But the coke slushy was decent. All in all the food was ok just not hot like in Boston.

We got two drinks and one chicken sandwhich. My orange drink was only filled 3/4 of the way. The cashier said its auto and nothing he can do.
We pull away and not even 2 minutes later, my partner realizes there is a FLY in his Lemonade.
How disgusting... we tossed $4 work of drinks immediately because of how grossed out we were.

A rather strange McDonald's Thiers no indication of where to actually enter the establishment. I thought i was going into a wall then I saw the entrance. Very odd design chooses for it's layout as well thiers barley engulf room for two people to walk back and forth and if thiers a person with disabilities you have to wait thiers no option b.
You are limited to order from the electric kiosk and I for some reason picked a sausage egg cheese on an English muffin it said 3 bucks and then it presented me with the upsell of making it a meal? So i said yes. A large ice coffee and hash brown total: 10.19? Say what for the convenience of putting it in a meal?
I waited maybe 5 minutes in these booths where im sorry im 230 and I could barely slide my behind through the seats. So if you weigh more you might have to pick the open section in the next compartment. Now once I open my sandwich I already knew they messed up and forgot my egg so I had to go up and tell the manager the problem and he made it within 2 minutes but didn't say anything like I'm sorry. I'm sorry goes a very long way in rectifying the situation but after I had almost completed my meal the manager came over and personally said I'm sorry and gave me a gold card worth a free combo meal anytime of the day.

Was with a group of friends at night time just having a good time, then an older couple (some of us were minors) assumed we were saying rude things to them and tried to pick a violent fight with us. Nobody was harmed but none of the employees or management stepped in to try and de-escalate the situation. Just stood there and watched a crazy older couple tormenting kids who never did anything wrong to them.

Waited over 20 mins to be able to pay… Monique the manager? Was extremely rude and didn’t seem to know what customer service was… Theo was friendly and tried his best to be helpful Got home and food was all cold

drive thru, rushed, as well as the guy was rude and gave me and my fiancé attitude and up charged me for one drink?… that’s the least of my worries. but the guy that brought our food out. very kind and he was willing to go back in for more sauce for us. the guy at the window tho is a no for us still, too rude fix the attitude bud! ❤️

Honestly, I am PISSED at the service I have received today. So first, we went to dine in but there were no numbered table tent things so we said 120 and sat, they just put it in the regular pickup window like hello? At least TRY to bring it to me. Toilet Paper on the floor, tables not clean, absolutely disgusting. I don’t usually say this but corporate contacted.
