The food was great! Our party of 4 adults and 3 kids all loved the food. We sat in the outdoor tented area, and even though it was a cold damp day, it's very comfortable in this area with heaters and tvs. Our waitress was very efficient.

I was not impressed by the food, it was just ok.The service was not good. We were sitting for like 15 minutes before someone came and ask for drinks; food took forever; I ask for a side of Mayo and it took forever (I was almost done with my food by the time I got it). I asked for a refill of soda and it never came, I had to get up and go to the bar and ask for it. The employees were there chatting and laughing and not really caring about the clients. It was a Saturday around 3pm so the place was almost empty (I believe another 2 tables).Will not go back; I can have the same average food somewhere else with better service.

Just popped in for drinks and to stay warm while we waited for our table reservation at another place nearby. I was not impressed with the Amaretto Sour I ordered.It was far too iced down (there’s normally only one or two ice cubes, as it’s already strained lemon juice), skimped on the liquor, and didn’t include its staple cherries. I almost thought of bringing it to the bartender’s attention before deciding it was too busy and we would be leaving soon anyways for it to be worth the effort.I’m sure their food is likely better! Perhaps it was just a one-off occurrence. I probably won’t be back for drinks, though.

This evening I stopped into Rudders and was met with the kindest soul, Hanna. I was a fish out of water and she kindly welcomed me. I got to talking with her and was soon a fast friend. I also got to meet Caitlin who despite working a full room had a great spirit. The service from these two, unmatched. Especially when you don’t know what you want they were so fun to chat with. If you are in kittery, I highly recommend and be sure to ask for Hanna or Caitlin!

The food i was served was very unpleasant and seemed old and or prepared frozen then thawed. Buffalo wings were lightly sauced, very inconsistent in size and cook, some were a little underdone and pink with wet skin and extremely under sauce. The pulled pork water grey, old, watery not juicy or flavorful, chopped squares looked like it was frozen pulled pork that was cut apart. Served without a slice of bread. Really unpleasant both in flavor appearance and consistency. The mac and cheese was bread pudding with mushy shells. This food was very disappointing and the majority was discarded and tasted poorly prepared.Parking: little to no parking on a busy one way corner.

The waitress was not in a good mood so she was not very welcoming. My boyfriend got mac and cheese which was $6 and it was the smallest portion I've ever seen. We said something about how small we thought it was which then our waitress replied " oh really ". My sandwich was supposed to have a bun which I didn't get and the pulled pork was so fatty I could barely eat anything. Would not recommend this place.

Great little spot for some pub grub and fun specials! Love their burgers, fries, and food specials of the day. Service is always great! Dog friendly outdoor patio is a plus!
Driving today, NYC to Portland, ME, in nearly white out conditions. Thankful to find this restaurant open in the storm. Seems several other people were too as the place was packed. The game was on and the place, loud. My burger was delicious and cooked to perfection - 8 oz patty with Swiss, bacon, lettuce and tomato. Wings were 50 cents and beer buckets 5 for $15 because of the game.

Made a random stop into Kittery to get some lunch and stopping here was a great choice. The atmosphere was laid back and pleasant and our lunch was fantastic. The fish in the Fish and Chips platter was honestly one of the best I've ever had. Small but great selection of local Maine beers too.

Food took a bit of time, and the burger was standard. The fry’s were also just ok. Service was great but as far as taste of food, from what I saw was average. Oh and pricing was relatively affordable.Vegetarian options: From my mother who is vegetarian regarding the menu’s vegetarian selection “Limited, very limited. Only one item.”
