Rude barista + waited 20 minutes for a cold brew when the store was barely busy
First off, I was grateful they were open and willing to work on Christmas day. The staff were friendly and service was fast. We had just finished taking a long cold walk on the beach, so were thrilled to have someplace to go in and warm up. I had the caramel brulee latte with potato,cheddar and chive egg bites. They were delicious and super hot, which was perfect. Lots of cozy spaces, nice decor, and a sweet selection of gifts and coffee. Will def be back when I am in the area again.

We stopped in Christmas morning. Grateful to find a Starbucks open. The cafe was very comfy cozy and CLEAN. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Steady stream of people in and out while we ate. My friend had never had the egg bites before- they were nice and hot and really hit the spot. They have a nice and well stocked selection of giftware and coffees. Would definitely stop here again!

This location is great, but the staff can be a bit careless. They play the music extremely loud, and it feels like they just want you to grab what you need and leave. It’s really hard to concentrate with the volume that high.

Zero stars. Unfriendly staff. The barista came over to me at my table because they had a problem with my very PG PDA with my partner, and I can only assume it was because of my sexual orientation. I left immediately.

I ordered (through DoorDash) an iced cinnamon dolce latte and it was made perfectly!! (I wish I could tip the barista who made it!) Thank you baristas! 🙏🫶 Ik it must get hectic at times (especially this time of year) I appreciate you! :)

I have to say this is the best Starbucks I have ever been to! The service is always outstanding, the food is always warm/delicious and the staff is so friendly! They do a wonderful job all around and I always look forward to going back. They are so creative with the designs and cheerful things they write on your morning beverages to start the day! They are an amazing crew!

I like the espresso drinks, hence I bring my $ to Starbucks. I like to walk in, because this feels more like a community activity, rather than a drive-through or ordering through an app. The young woman who took my order gave me a vingegar-stare after I pleasantly and sincerely said, 'Good morning! How are you?' No joke. After her disdainful look, all she said was, 'What can I get started for you?'. I placed my order and then waited, and waited. I waited 25 minutes. No exaggeration. I watched ten to twelve cars pass through the drive-through in that time, placing their order, receiving it promptly, and driving away. I watched as online-order people came and went. Any walk-ins were long gone. I finally caught the attention of the staff and showed them my receipt. He tried to find my order on the computer screen, looked puzzled, and then said, 'There is a long line of orders ahead of you.' He then made my drink, and without even looking at me, slid it across the counter and hustled away. I understand that this location can be hectic on weekends; perhaps the staff were overwhelmed/exhausted. Perhaps some automatons were working that day. But there was no sense of pleasantness, not even an apology for my apparently overlooked order. There was definitely no sense of community. Why did I pre-tip a dollar? No more pre-tipping, it is a silly notion. Do I want to go back? Not really. Do I need to go back? Nope.

Horrible staff, I honestly hope the whole closing shift gets fired. Placed a mobile order at 8:00PM hours online and app state they close at 9:00PM drove to location to pick up order while lights are on they did not answer at the drive thru so attempted to go inside, with the doors locked the proceeded to laugh due to frustration out of spending money at the establishment but not receiving my two coffees. 0/10 I see why it’s only rated 3.5 stars and hope it continues to decrease :)
