I lived in downtown Boston (Beacon Hill and North End) for 15 years. In those 15 years I consumed many cocktails at numerous establishments. I’d put the Wallingford Dram’s cocktails up against any in Boston, including recently departed Drink. They are on point.
As a bartender，this is my favorite place to drink. high quality cocktails and good service as well.I got the “text me Ishmael ”(which is White Negroni ‘s twist)and Last word. Highly recommend
Our bartender Rick at The Leavitt Theater in Ogunquit recommended the Dram. Thanks Rick! Jeff and Marshall were incredible. Passionate and knowledgeable about mixology. Our drinks were great - we had many, but for me the most memorable thing is Jeff changed my mind about Vermouth. I have had many, the Leavitt makes a good one, but Jeff introduced me to one I could sip straight. Cocchi Storico from Italy. I LOVE it when a bartender opens a new avenue of exploration for me.
