Tributary Brewing Company in Kittery, ME for a couple full pours & a flight of that good dark dark. November 2021 was my last visit here & of course we were dealing with that f&%king global bastard at the time so I was looking forward to returning during better times. Kittery is another great brewery & craft beer hub, with three breweries & a good amount of awesome pubs, bars & restaurants. I had been lucky enough to be gifted a MOTT THE LESSER (FALL 2020) Russian Imperial Stout that I cracked a few months ago during a tasting with a couple friends. So when I saw that they had a MOTT THE LESSER (FALL 2024) on tap I knew I needed to head up to Maine. Being the cold winter season I was excited to see that there was a good amount of dark beer on. ๐ปโโ
I started out with a side pull of the TMAVY LEZAK Dark Lager that was excellent & perfectly smooth & creamy. I then scooped a pint of the EAST COAST EXTRA Bitter American IPA that was good with a subtle bitterness in the finish. I then moved onto a flight of four beginning with the OYSTER STOUT, which was a above average oyster stout. The BIERE DE MIEL Saison was the second taster in my flight & was delicious for my first honey based saison I've had. The third taster was the BALTIC PORTER (2024) which was awesome & definitely made me want a full pour. The last beer in my flight was the MOTT THE LESSER (FALL 2024) Russian Imperial Stout which along with the BALTIC PORTER (2024) was another excellent dark offering & well worth the trip. ๐ป๐ป๐ช๐ช
There isn't a huge amount of seating, but there was some bar seating, hightops, rail seating & tables. The staff was super friendly & accommodating for sure with one of the brewers filling in pouring beers before the bartender got in. Plenty of can options to check out & take home as well. I'm sure I'll be back in the next couple years again to check out the newest MOTT THE LESSER, well worth checking out for sure especially with the surrounding breweries & pubs. ๐ป๐ป๐ฅโ

We love their beer and staff. The space is welcoming. there's a baby changing table in the first bathroom no highchairs but they also only have snacks. Live music on the weekends But we also hosted our one year olds first birthday party here! We had about 40 people. Galen and Danielle (I did no catch the other bartenders name) were amazing and so so welcoming!! Definitely reach out if you want to host an event here! They have a huge parking lot, beer, cider, wine, and na options. 10/10
Great brewery with good beer! Just want you want.
Nice selection of different styles of beer. My wife and I have very different tastes, but we both managed to agree on one we both liked. Nice place to chill and chat. Kit was friendly and helpful.
Just do yourself a favor and stop here. The beers are diverse, the people are friendly, and the owners might be some of the best humans to grace this place we call Earth. Seriously, it's the perfect place to try all different types of beers (not just 12 Hazy IPAs) and really get a feel for different styles and brewing techniques. I can't stress enough how much of a hidden gem this place is; a true and authentic beer tasting experience.
Nice place. I don't drink beer, so I had a cider that wasn't bad. I probably wouldn't order it again though. They had a jazz group playand that was nice. Great service and beautiful interior.
My favorite. Best beer and such nice people. Cheers! One Tributary leads to another!
People are great, and microbrews are yummy.
Awesome beer, bring your own snacks.

Family friendly pub, dog friendly. Maker's of Kate the Great one of the best beers in the world!
Todd Mott is an American Brewing treasure. If you are a craft brew fan, you should not skip this brewery.
Still my favorite brewery by far. Been away for 3 years and it was a must.
Beer is great amazing beer true to style and fresh. Todd and Gaylen are wicked nice and I love their shop dog! We recently came for the Mott release and some Cuve which was excellent! I got my yearly porchetta sandwich which was fantastic!
Tributary is a definite gem of the beer world. The deck is beautiful on a nice day but inside is just as nice during the off season. The beer is amazing, Mott releases are always a great time and the staff are always helpful and friendly!
