We didn't wait too long for our table which was nice. However, it was very cold where we sat. We ordered the Bavarian pretzel app, the meatball grilled cheese, and the teriyaki beef bowl. We were disappointed. The teriyaki beef bowl was like half a box of minute rice with less than a quarter cup of beef, maybe a total half cup with veggies and beef. The meatball grilled cheese was really just a meatball sub between 2 pieces of sourdough bread; nothing special. I know we didn't order pizza but we were hoping it wasn't all about the bread.

Third year update - this place continues to delight and amaze! Tried the butter toffee cake, equally great. All the pizzas are spectacular.
This is the second year in a row we had an early dinner here, and once again it was amazing.
All the dishes have a special touch to them, something unique and delectable.
The pizzas are spectacular, with wood fired char on the crust. The sandwiches are equally wonderful, each with perfectly balanced spices.
My special of the day spicy martini was one of the best I ever tasted, potent yet eminently drinkable.
The desserts are out of this world, especially the brownie sundae.
The service was terrific as well. Can't recommend this place highly enough!

Very busy, but it's a huge place and seating happened quickly. Our meals and the service were awesome. Definitely worth stopping in.

Best bread in New England area !! All the different flavors ? yummy a true must stop experience when traveling through Kittery/York area I always bring friends loaves when I come home from vacationing in Wells Beach

Lunch after an event. Pizzas, muscles, grilled cheese, brussel sprouts, artichoke hummas/chips, fried mozzarella. Every this was good, but I chose wrong. I should have got the pizza, but instead, I got the soup and grilled cheese. I'm not a fan of either. Soup was not sweet for butternut squash, and the grilled cheese was just not right. Stick with the pizzas!! The muscles were extremely good as well. Service was fast and friendly.
