I call and order a breakfast pizza with ham and mushrooms Xtra cheese. I stop on mu way to work and the guy says did you order i said ham mushroom breakfast pizza Xtra cheese. He says i made 2 cuse i couldn't remember what you ordered. So I made bacon and a sausage. I said well I ordered ham mushroom and Xtra cheese. He said oh shoot I can .ake you the right one. I said no I'll take the bacon. He said ok I'm sorry. He hands me the pizza. I proceed to check out and the cashier said 10.59 please. I said ya for something I didn't order. She says we can remake it I said no I'm on my way to work I don't have time that's the whole idea of calling in. Fast forward.... I get to work and open my pizza and it's no where right to what I asked for. I'm wondering how you get sausage and onion out of bacon!!

No stars for service/atmosphere. The only thing I was told by the person working was to order on the kiosk, no hi nor any form of good customer service. He also didn't bother to explain where I'd have to pay or info about how the kiosk works. I asked once I found where I was supposed to pay if there were anyone I could speak with about my experience to help for a better future experience to others, I simply got an "I dunno". It's disappointing how little service some places can get away with and still keep their jobs

We ordered two Italians for take out both with no black olives at the Lewiston, Maine location on 2/23/24.When we unwrapped the sandwiches both had black olives on them and the bread was far from fresh. Not what we expected especially after the Amato’s employee repeated the order over the phone. Certainly disappointed.

I made an order for a sandwich and had waited 15 minutes for it to be made making me late for my lunch break so I couldn't eat my lunch when I should have been able to other than the wait the sandwich was good but I shouldn't have had to wait 15 minutes and have the guy who brought me to the store to say I got 5 minutes or he's leaving for my sandwich to be made

They change the way you have to order. You can't even order to have a salad made up. Because they pre, make them the night before. They have a kiosk in the store where you can place orders but you can't order salads because they're all pre-made and they won't make any up for someone who just comes in to order one This place pretty much sucks, and it looks like I'm not the only one that thinks that since they only have a 2.5 rating.

Out of stock on things, won’t make most items as ordered, even when the necessary ingredients are there. The Norway location charged me $60 for a bucket of spaghetti. Used to be one of my favorite places, but I’ll stick with Sam’s from now on.

Soo I get times are tough, and finding good help is even more difficult. However, this establishment for the last 2 visits can't seem to take an order correctly or ensure your order is correct. See the photo, that's their rendition of a pepperoni calzone... Never asked for sausage or mushrooms or tomatoes, but that's what you get. Clearly, the management and staff are inept at life. Previous visit wife ordered spaghetti calzone, and they said there was a wait for them to cook the spaghetti and ended up putting penne in her calzone.... ?♂️?♂️?♂️ Save your money and spend a little more at a better establishment that cares about their customers.

Ordered a 9" pizza and a large meatball sub today and both were delicious. Was served by Darlene who was very pleasant, courteous, helpful and most importantly had a sense of humor. I was completely pleased with my experience and will certainly return.

For the past several months I’ve been stopping here for lunch on my break. Three weeks ago I’d have given them 3 or 4 stars… not anymore! The last few weeks the pizza has been cold and stale, the sandwiches are poorly wrapped resulting in all the cheese getting peeled off when you unwrap it, and the meatballs have been charcoal briquettes! The sudden change in quality is surprising and I hope they can rectify it, but in the meantime, they’ve lost my business.

That's a wrap! 2nd time in a rowxeevotder. Pay get home and find we have overpaid. Today was spaghetti and meatballs with 2 extra meatballs. Nope, paid for but did not get. We could drag ourselves back and get refund but what a pain. Just will move on to other businesses.

Ordered a ham Italian specifically asked for no onion no green pepper come home and it's loaded with it. I politely called and spoke to a male employee that said he is not allowed to give me a refund because I left with my sandwich with no complaints yet how am I supposed to know they out that on my food. I asked his name and his managers name and was told they don't have a manager and refuses to give me his name. Completely disgusted by this company and will never allow my money to go to it.
