The best pizzas

WARNING TO VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS! I am vegan, after being a life long vegetarian my whole life. I am 73. In all fairness to Angelo's I did not state I was vegan mostly because I find that Maine restaurants are not very knowledgeable about that and lump it in or mix it up with gluten free. I ordered the veggie Italian, no cheese, no mayo and no onion (I dont like them raw), and toasted. I also ordered fries for our table. The sandwich was very good and made to order. The fries were forgotten but when we reminded, they came out quickly. The man and woman who helped us were both very pleasant. After eating I commented on the crispness of the fries and was informed (over my now non vegan or even vegetarian body) they are cooked in LARD. I am struggling with this news and feel compelled to warn other vegetarians and vegans to not order fried food there.

Very good pizza! Tricky to see the entrance. It's in what looks like the back parking lot. Ask for a bag, they won't offer one..🤷‍♂️

I don’t understand some of the 1 stars. The owners are really kind people. I can’t speak for the entire menu because I haven’t had it all buuuuut their pizza is my all time fav pizza I’ve had in Maine. The deserts are bomb 💣, subs are good, burgers are good, their salads are good. (Yeah they have a lot of options but that’s only just a portion of what their menu consists of that I’ve tried).

The atmosphere is usually pretty calm! I always enjoy a restaurant that doesn’t have bright lights & plenty of seating.

Not to mention pretty reasonable pricing!!!

My go to appetizer has always been the cheesy garlic bread for $4. You get like an entire loaf with marinara & it’s yummy.

The only slight inconvenience I’ve ever had is ordering two marinara sides and getting 1. Nothing to fuss over tho, I usually just tell them & it’s not an issue.

I come here people are rude I order fries and it comes with hair in it ew put hair up next time fries were also soggy and to salty and

The old lady in here tall,blonde,skinny I come and order first and she takes another order and they end up giving them there food first before me and my sister. Also she only gave us 7 wings for 9$ which we should have got 8 and plus they only gave us a lil bit of the sauce, and they tasted pretty weird too. And she also came of rude. The food still slapped tho

I didn't eat in but I did pickup. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pizzas were very good.

The food is amazing

I give this restaurant no star me an my husband was eating there and there was teenagers girls vaping we told the owner and all he say please don't give him a bad review don't ask them to leave at all

I ordered from grub hub and my food was not the greatest and I talked to grub hub and they said that Angelo's would have to do something about it but I was told grub hub was at fault all I wanted was my pizza and what I ordered what do I do now I really want it fixed I didn't get my stuff that's not fair to me.what do I do now.

This is the best pizza I have found in Lewiston. It is reasonably priced and has a crust that is not too thick or too thin. But what makes this place outstanding is its customer service. I have had a very pleasant experience each time I’ve been. It is what keeps me coming back! Nice job!

I went and got 2 slices of pepperoni pizza. It was such a disappointment. I payed $7.50 and the pizza slices where small. Will not go back there again. I could have gotten an entire pizza for that amount!!!
