I showed up at 8:30 wanting a chicken salad and the owner or chef refused to make me a salad because he already shut the grill down. I had called beforehand but they refused to take the order, the young lady I spoke to told me to come to the store directly! I had explained to her that my Meme had been coming for decades and getting a certain salad, but I just couldn’t remember what the salad was called but I knew that it had chicken egg and a ton of vegetables in it so like I said she encouraged me to come into the store and look at the different salads and that they would help me figure it out and they would make it for me. When I arrived, everybody was very cold to me and basically refused to speak to me and acted like they didn’t know that I had called seven minutes prior, I asked to speak to the woman that I spoke to everybody acted oblivious and acted like they hadn’t spoken to me - I had explained to them that whoever I talked to on the phone told me to come in and everybody acted like it was never said to me. This establishment told me that if I came in they would take my order and then when they got there told me that they wouldn’t make the salad that I wanted to make. The owner or manager behind the grill was trying to convince me to get something else that I didn’t want! He kept saying get a Greek salad or something what’s her problem? I’ve already shut the grill down. I don’t wanna make any more chicken.I would never spend money with this company ever!

LOVE it here! My Whole Family LOVES their Onion rings! And Chicken strip meal ! The Italians are AWESOME..BIG and made well☆ The BIG mac pizza is AWESOME! Only been to Lewiston one...Have to try Augusta location next. But the staff at Lewiston are AWESOME and NICE!! Nice Atmosphere and they're Always busy! But wait time is AWESOME and they deliver your food to table.🍕🍟🍔🍗🥗🌯🥪😁❤️🌟🌟🔥

So disgusted when I got home with my wife’s chicken tender meal her fries were literally soaked and soggy and not cooked at all smh this makes me not want to order her dinner there ever again .i mean whoever was cooking these fries tonight clearly needs to learn to tell how fries are cooked and completely cuz this was appalling

Food is good. Fries and onion rings are delicious. Atmosphere is loud and chaotic. There is no service at all so expect to be bouncing around during your meal trying to find your needed items. Service at the register is quick but certainly not with a smile. The food is worth the trip. Everything I've tried so far has been very good but because of the lack of service and joyless staff I just order out. I'm going to do all the work anyway and I'll do it with a smile.
