Sadly there is no consistency in drinks made here! I can order the same drink and one day the rush is bright red the next time purple. Half of the time I don’t think I have the right flavors in my drink. When getting coffee I have to emphasize light cream please. Some days it turns out I get basically a milk flavored drink with barely any coffee in it.
I should’ve drove away when I saw the smallest cappuccino was 16oz. Coffee is terrible. The ham and Swiss croissant was good.

Although the baristas were pleasant, when we drove off and tasted our coffee (we had ordered a 16oz latte and a 16oz cappuccino), both drinks were just milk. No coffee at all. We went to another Aroma Joe's to actually get shots of coffee added, and had to pay for the shots. We were told by the second Aroma Joe's location that the first one we visited, was owned by a different person.

I go to Aroma Joes daily and this location is the worst interaction I've ever had. The owner ignored my phone calls and I had to get corporate involved just to get refunded on an order I never received.
Worst franchisee ever!
Luckily the one at the truck stop in Auburn is not owned by the same guy.

For the record, I love Aroma Joe's. However, I have a concern at times about product consistency. My favorite ham and swiss croissants vary from lightly crispy outside (perfect) to soggy bread from under toasting (not perfect). The other concern is the inconsistent amount of ice added to the drinks. For over seven dollars, I am disappointed when my drink is chock full of ice from top to bottom.
We love aroma joes, but this one is awful. They always mess up our orders. Today neither mine nor my fiancés drink had any flavoring in it, although we both asked for some. Very disappointed. Luckily most aroma joes will remake your drink from another store.

Round 1, food was still frozen. I brought it back and all they did was take my food and "reheat" it. It was still cold. I've been going to this aroma since it opened and I will NEVER return. I will let everyone I can know just how downhill it has gone with these so called employees.

Honestly, workers need to realize that cellphones are NOT a priority when you have many customers waiting in line. It should not be just one girl making orders while the other 3 were off doing who knows what. It should not take over 10 minutes to make 3 rushes, one or two for 2 cars... also its very important to not make the rush go flat when adding flavors or ice.Very disappointed in workers these days.

Usually a really good place but these new people are horrible. They don’t know how to make drink or food and on top of that they don’t know how to talk to customers.
