Aroma Joe's Lewiston - Drive Thru and Walk-up Window

Aroma Joes is always my favorite, and this one in Lewiston has become the only stop available on my way to work. But the quality is just not like the others. I stop by every day and no one makes even the tinyist attempt to recognize me or my order. It's been 6 months. The girls always seem pissed off and they are super inconsistent. My sandwiches are always all screwed up, but today's takes the cake.

Update, the quality of the food prep is better, but the speed is abysmal. It took 19 minutes to get a rush and sandwich this morning. With only 2 cars in line. 0 focus from the staff and no prioritization.

I am a regular at this particular ajs, the staff all know my order and do their best to get it in ahead of time if they see me in line. They are usually always friendly and often give my children stickers which is always a bonus. Despite lots of turnover over the years I've grown accustomed to this standard for my aroma joes. Don't forget to tip your batista they work hard back there.

I frequent Aroma Joe's 3-4 times a week. This is definitely my favorite coffee shop in town. The line moves very quickly and Shila always gets my drink order correct!!

Bad customer service. Blatantly rude crew members. One incident, they repeated the order back to me. 100% correct. When I get my order, it's completely wrong. I've had multiple drinks messed with by adding extra ingredients like the "winter spice" or just being totally incorrect. Sorry I didn't tip you 2 bucks to make a drink lmao

Love the Aroma Jo brand. I do not go anywhere else beside AJ’S for my refreshments. However this Aroma Jo’s location has no carbonation in their drinks. There Rushs are flat, even with ice they are still flat. I have brought this to their attention multiple times and have been reassured that there is carbonation. Needless to say I will go to the Aroma on Sabattuss St.

Ordered the new beyond breakfast sandwich and an iced chai - those were great! Seemed to be understaffed, the vehicle behind me drove away after waiting a bit and not ordering anything. Overall, I was happy with my experience.
