I’ve never actually written a review before, but this was the blandest Thai food I have ever had the displeasure of choking down. The miso soup tastes like straight water. The steamed vegetables were unseasoned. They even forgot the salad that came with my meal. Save yourself 20 bucks and just make it at home, as that is the quality you should expect at Bua.
EDIT: My father tried my slop and ended up getting very ill and puked several times. Avoid at all costs.

The best Thai food I've had outside of Thailand, and their boba tea is excellent!

Really delicious food. The wings came out nice and hot and fresh and the sushi roll was one of the best I’ve ever had. Had a really nice server and the refresher tea is delicious as well. We went on a Friday around 7 PM and only us and another couple were eating in the restaurant very nice atmosphere.

I have come here for years when I want sushi takeout. On 8/15 I called ahead two separate orders making it clear we were paying separately and taking away separately. When we arrived our orders were put together rather than separate…I should have known right away this order was going to go bad. I stated no they need to be separate because logically they should be packaged the way they were ordered and we are going separate ways. Then I pay for mine with a debit card, the machine glitched out so they restarted the machine and I paid again. Days later when they are closed it comes through my banking as a double charge so I go in to address it the first day they are open again…they wrote down my first name, email address, and phone number. I asked if they needed anything else - bank screenshot etc - and they said no, the manager would be in touch when she is next in and the credit should return to my bank account in 5 business days. The 5 business days passes, no contact from a manager, so I call on 8/27. They said the manager is not in - manager ends up texting me and says she did not contact me because when she presented the case to the payment processor on 8/20 they indicated to her there was no double charge. So I provide the proof in response via text and told her she should have contacted me on 8/20 to request this proof instead of making me wait and wonder and now it’s a whole week later. She then tells me my extra payment will now be credited to my account in 7-10 business days along with a lackluster apology - no offer for a gift card or anything to acknowledge that HER negligence is the reason I was still waiting and wondering and I had to continue waiting for my own money due to her mistake. My time, my money…and no offer to make it right and step up the customer service. I want to return to Bua Thai and continue to support small business but what happens when small business doesn’t support you? I felt completely uncared for in this circumstance and they should be learning from this experience and how they can elevate their service moving forward. Definitely displeased with the level of customer service provided in this instance and when I provided this feedback to the manager I got no response.

It was overall a really underwhelming experience. Server acted like she didn’t know why we were there, and left us sitting forever over 15 minutes with a room temp vase of water (no glasses) before coming back. There is no other drink menu, nor do they list what they have for drinks other than boba tea. The wait time took forever for tasteless food. Portions were large but mostly thanks to a lot of fillers. I had teriyaki chicken and, despite being the last thing to make it to the table, it was pretty basic. Just a piece of grilled chicken in thin sauce, surrounded by 100% unseasoned, un sauced vegetables. The whole vibe was odd. We won’t be back

Great food for take out and eating in!
We ate in the restaurant, which is nicer than the pictures look. The food was fresh and delicious, the portions were generous, and Gwen did a great job serving us. Some other restaurants have not felt like a great value lately, but Bua absolutely did!

The boba and the food I ordered were amazing. I placed my order online and it was done in a timely manner. The woman in the front greeted me with a smile when I walked in and told me to have a great day.

Had a fun dining experience here. The food was fresh and delicious. My kiddo enjoyed her boba tea, crispy spring rolls and vegetable sushi. I had an unagi roll and it was sweet and savory. Prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. Highly recommend!
Maybe the thai food is better, but if you are a sushi fan... I would not bother. The sushi rice was totally bland, and the fish was subpar as well. Really disappointing, especially considering the price.
I loved everything best sushi in town
