Food was cold and whoppers I had ordered had legit ass just a patty and 3 pieces of brown lettuce. I was told to wait as my food was getting made fresh and the colder the food was. I miss back then when everything was made right. Now itâs just poor customer service and cold ass food

Food was made incorrect. It was entered correctly but made wrong. The drink machine had no carbination..... buns are hard from being left out in the air. Lettuce is brown and gross. Reasons why I don't go out to fast food anymore!! Bathrooms are disgusting, drinks spilled all over the floors. Employees talking to friends instead of working.....

Worst service took over an hour to get 3 items I ordered online at 5:15 recieved food At 6:10 2 burgers and a fry so I was stuck waiting while I watched employees do nothing worst part they were empty 2 cars when I arrived and waited an additional 25 minutes,won't go back for sure

Outdated and the food is typically stale, it's a stop for a drink occasionally sometimes a snack but each time Ive gotten the cheesy tots they're stale and been sitting awhile.. Half the time they're out of what someone may want stopped for a drink and try their pickle fries and they had none...
If I could give a place zero stars I would. They messed up everything on the order every sandwhich. As well as they poured sauces on them.... to the point where the buns were soaking wet and it would have been easier to drink the sandwhich. They can speak English. When I tried to call I swear to God they left the phone on the thing that way it doesn't even ring. My husband's fish sandwhich wasn't even edible it was like card bored. Fails all around.

got in line for drivethru at 6:06pm on 9/27/24. Did not leave with my simple order until 6:50pm. My simple order was incorrect (I should have checked before I left). Ordered 2 bacon double cheeseburgers and an 8 piece. received the 8 piece, but the burgers were singles not doubles. I had not been to a BK in some time, and now I will continue to stay away.

My Fiery CHICKEN SANDWICH wasnât to bad, but nothing Special, the Problem being I ordered a Fiery WHOPPER Deal and an Eight Piece Fiery Chicken Finger Deal. It should have come with TWO Large Fries. I got one. The Shake and Ice Cream Machine was broken and the Frozen Cokes were a pricey disappointment. The Fiery Chicken tasted more like Rubber Fiery Chicken Tentacles of Latex. The â Fiery â Spice tasted just like KFCâs Fiery Spice. As far as Atmosphere? The first thing we saw in the Parking Lot was anâ Unhoused Personâ in the Parking Lot loitering and using the Wi-Fi to talk to DHS whilst eyeing whatever might be in the Truck we arrived in. The Crew inside had about the same Vibe. It was almost Five OâClock and they probably didnât have more than Five Customers while we were there. That says something about the Restaurant too. My Friendâs comment wasâ We wonât be back ⊠EVER.â I wholeheartedly agree with him!
