My husband and I are from Texas , and we were very apprehensive about trying any BBQ place in New England. We finally caved, and boy am I glad we went with this place!!! Our experience was awesome. I was genuinely very impressed with how much the food both looked and tasted like Texas-style BBQ. So I have a lot of mix feelings about burnt ends now. The food remains great. I had the new flatbread and it was great. However I really really enjoyed the more casual atmosphere that they had. We could order at the counter and then sit whenever we wanted. I went in tonight and they just moved to table service with waitresses and ordering at the table. Honestly I feel like we have enough table service restaurants in Auburn Lewiston and would prefer if they had stuck with the...
