I usually always order from Canton wok, today I received to frozen fried shrimp I called them up n they replaced it, these ones were all raw batter in the middle that was still liquid, I called them once again to tell them n they hung up on me, n they wouldn't answer my call when I called again... totally rude and not professional I'll be taking my business elsewhere..

Ordered from them for years, recently, it's clear bad business has effected the operation and quality, don't even bother trying to call for delivery, the man answering phones is incredibly rude and unprofessional and will verbally abuse you and hang up on you, this is the 3rd time this has happen and the food isn't exactly worth the treatment

The man who answered the phone is rude, I tried to order an item and wanted a substitution on 1 item, he said he wouldn't and hung up, then would not answer my calls back. Disgusting way to run a food outlet, he needs to learn how to talk to customers better. I've been a customer for years, I will not be ordering from there again, it's a shame too, because it's always delicious. But like i said, they lost a customer tonight.

*Update, terrible. The dish I ordered had no resemblance to what the dish is supposed to be according to traditional recipes. I couldn’t finish and had to throw the rest away.

The man that answers is horrendous. He doesn't know how to use the card machine, he is disgustingly rude, and he will most definitely cus at you if he feels necessary. I spend way too much money here because 85% of the time their food is good and my driver, i usually have one, is amazing. We love him. However, the absurdity of trying to order is almost to much. I want to say one more time .. shout out to the driver! He is awesome!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I used to be a faithful customer of Mays at canton wok. However these past few times the man that works there is grouchy makes mistakes then won't fix it and blame the customer. He hangs up on people and yells at them to never come back. The other day I tried to place a order he said the price then acted like I couldn't afford it yelling is that of and when I said yes and tried to give my card information he hung up on me. I will be taking my business elsewhere so disappointed I wish May was still there she is the absolute best this new man is killing her business and running it into the ground.
