Staff was friendly and smiley, answered our questions with patience and knowledge, and our ice cream choices (s'mores parfait for me and banana boat for my friend) were fantastic. The staff had no problem accommodating my special requests, like extra Marshmello sauce lol!!! The outdoor seating area, that is new to me and still appears new to the property, is beautiful and added to the already perfect experience! At night, there's lights that create a border around the area and I can imagine it's spectacular!!!

We got what we ordered. The ice-cream was delicious! The workers were friendly and polite. My friend had to have ice-cream on the cone placed in a bowl because the worker was afraid it would fall off the cone. That can happen, it was not an issue at all.

The girls lastnight on the day of 5/19 were actually so unprofessional swearing at customers and unable to keep track of the orders, it was actually so insane. The products were expensive and not worth it.
I brought my grandson to the Campus Avenue Dairy Joy this afternoon and as usual he loved it! He got a child size strawberry sundae with chocolate jimmies and a ? on top, my husband his favorite a blueberry shake and me a cherry dipped cone. Everything was perfect and the workers are so pleasant.

Went today on Mother’s Day when it’s known to be busy and there was 1 young girl left to work all by herself with a line out to the road. The owner should have been there helping if there was no other employees to help. Do better, don’t preach about treating your employees kindly when you can’t be bothered to do so yourself.

I went to the dairy joy in Auburn the other day they I ordered a banana split in a cup with extras they didn't tell me they were out of vanilla ice cream and started making it with out telling me they were out I over heard them tell the person after that ordered a Sunday they were out of vanilla so I went up to the window and said I ordered a banana split and just heard your out of vanilla and hope u didn't put chocolate or strawberry in my banana split and she gets all mad and say well he can come back here and make it then when my friends Ice was done she puts her ice cream out the window and slams the window in her face with attitude and the other young girl said to her stop being like that you can't treat people like that she makes my banana split ice cream at the bottom all the toppings at all stuffed in there with no bananas I was so pissed it was because they were about to close worst experience at any ice cream place I paid 9 bucks for and ended up throwing it away what a joke and worst customer service if u don't want to make ice cream maybe you need a new job

They have wonderful ice cream and Customer Service is great … but let make sure the light are on when it gets dark out and make sure staff is paying attention for people at the window … me and my son stood there for about five mins waiting than a nice lady walked up and knocked on the window I was about to do it myself .
