So glad to have this amazing pizza as a part of Lewiston!The dough is an amazing consistency: fluffy but with some toothiness (more elastic than Micucci, for example, but tall and pillowy in the same way). Cheese around the outside crisps up and creates a delicious buffer. We have been wanting to try this pizza for a while now and finally had the opportunity! It is without a doubt the best pizza we have ever had! The crust and all of the flavors together were magical! We will definitely be enjoying this all summer long! Thank you for a wonderful experience! If you’re on the fence of trying this place DO IT! You will not be dissatisfied!
