For the location wasn't too bad, staff was not friendly at all then seemed to be upset with a 5 dollar tip on a less the 7 dollar order.
Wheelchair accessibility: On first floor but had a hard time opening the doors alone, ended up going through drive through.

It’s about 2pm on a Monday I went to order something and no one can to the ordering mic so I drove up and they paid no attention .. we honked tried to wave and then knocked on the window they stared then looked away then we knocked again and one of them with glasses goes “ I’m making your food “ then looked away. We haven’t ordered anything and just wanted a water. They clearly forgot to give the people in front of us their food cause no one was behind. This location is trash get better employees especially employees that can smile. I was already having a bad day and they just made it worse. I’ll come in and talk to the manager and point out who it was tomorrow.

Do not order from this Dunkin they do not know how to cook their food properly. They’re bacon is always raw when I order from DoorDash and sometimes the coffee tastes sour or old Say I have to take the sandwiches apart and re cook the meat item every single time

Always friendly and accurate. Food is always cooked right. Inside and out of the store are both clean and inviting. Definitely one of the best Dunkin's I have been to.
I went in here a few weeks ago they refused a paying customer service to the restroom ? saying it was clogged and needed to be plunged. This morning I go in sit have coffee need to pee... one of the employees took it home last night! Lol those keys don't get accidentally taken home am I am idiot? they are always connected to a noticeable type of identification on the key ring. DM needs to address

The service needs some help. Young man that helped us was very rude and lacked customer service skills. Bad day or not it's never ok to be rude to someone that is just ordering coffee and hasn't been the one giving you a problem. Don't project your issues on others.

The worst experience ever, I asked for the big size without ice of a refresher and a Chai size grande without ice, they gave me the refresher in size small and the Chai only filled to the middle
