Tho the restoraunts regular staff are lovely and kind however the manager of the place has been disrespectful and non accommodating. On many days I have visited the Cafe and she has targeted one specific person. I don't know why because she didn't do anything. Just sitting there enjoying her purchase as another customer. Later on they started to kick this poor girl out early in the evenings and even went as far as to ban her completely. This girl seems to have a friend but this manager doesn't say anything about her so I'm not sure why she's so disrespectful.

Seriously grossest Dunkin sandwich I've ever had. Almost $6 for a maple sugar bacon sandwich I would not give to my dog. It won't let me post a pic here but legit DISGUSTING! My coffee was delicious though but 2 disgusting raw bacon sandwiches overrules the coffee for review.

Just placed an order through the drive-thru tried to convert my points. The lady didn't know what she was doing and converted 6 coffees and took all my points, and then lies about it. So annoyed with this place.

For the location wasn't too bad, staff was not friendly at all then seemed to be upset with a 5 dollar tip on a less the 7 dollar order.
Wheelchair accessibility: On first floor but had a hard time opening the doors alone, ended up going through drive through.

It’s about 2pm on a Monday I went to order something and no one can to the ordering mic so I drove up and they paid no attention .. we honked tried to wave and then knocked on the window they stared then looked away then we knocked again and one of them with glasses goes “ I’m making your food “ then looked away. We haven’t ordered anything and just wanted a water. They clearly forgot to give the people in front of us their food cause no one was behind. This location is trash get better employees especially employees that can smile. I was already having a bad day and they just made it worse. I’ll come in and talk to the manager and point out who it was tomorrow.

Do not order from this Dunkin they do not know how to cook their food properly. They’re bacon is always raw when I order from DoorDash and sometimes the coffee tastes sour or old Say I have to take the sandwiches apart and re cook the meat item every single time
