Went to this dunkin this morning. Usually I have had good experiences here but this morning was extremely chaotic and the woman who checked us out was not even remotely paying attention. We ordered two sandwiches, two drinks and 3 donuts. The lady placed my frosted donut upside down so when I went to eat it all the frosting stuck to the bottom of the bag. When I order my coffee I always as for a special number of pumps this woman acted like it was impossible to make my drink correctly even though I have been ordering this drink for over 5 years without issue or hassle. She told me it couldn’t be done there was only 1 or 2 as an option. Even when I responded politely “I know it’s kinda specialty but could you just mark it as two and then tell the worker who makes it to only do 1.5 pumps that would be great” she looked at me like I was speaking another language and couldn’t comprehend that she might have to communicate with her coworkers outside of the computer. We ended up just saying Nevermind. We waited for our order and they didn’t make one of the drinks and when we told them they forgot to make a drink it took them another 5 minutes to comprehend and make the drink which ended up going in the garbage immediately because it tasted so bad. As far as Dunkin’s go it wasn’t even that busy they didn’t have a line in the drive thru and there were only three orders inside in which we were first in line.

I drive out of my way to go to this Dunkin vs one less than a mile from my house because this staff is 1000% more professional and they get it right every time.

I came through ordering a Lg hot coffee, chai latte, two snack and bacon’s, two ham and Swiss stuffed croissants and a 10 piece of munchkins. I came through when it was slow and somewhere around 1. They forgot my snack and bacon and the munchkins were rock solid. Normally they don’t miss anything so I don’t know if it’s just an off day but there’s no reason I should be missing items and getting food harder than the ice outside.
Employee said they don’t open till five, even though every other Dunkin opens at 4:30. Just wanted a black coffee seems like they were running behind and just changed it on a whim
Can’t get an iced coffee without ice here. What kind of BS is that? I get an iced coffee with no ice at every other Dunkin’ Donuts in the state and there holligans tell me I can’t get one.

I wouldn’t go to this location again. I did a drive-thru order that was the incorrect milk. Asked to have it fixed. After a few minutes, handed me the exact same latte back. Went inside and was like, this isn’t correct. They said they would make it again and after a few minutes, handed me the exact same one again. There was more, but honestly, the audacity of handing me the same wrong drink three times is wild to me, especially because the wrong milk could kill someone.

I am a person who loves Dunkin Donuts coffees very much and I am mostly treated very well by the employees, and I rarely leave a review. But today I had a bad experience with one of the employees and I believe he is a supervisor or team leader, the way he treated me without respect and without manners. I was with my client, we went to get coffee, arriving at the window I noticed that he was impatient and with the day not going well!! We both received our coffee! And the amount I ordered my caramel already makes my coffee sweet but this time I noticed that the coffee was not sweet as usual, and I only noticed this after getting home, because it was a little bitter I couldn't drink the coffee so I went back there to ask for a little more caramel but the way that gentleman spoke to me was very rude and disrespectful. But I thank the girl who was next to him who soon understood and answered my request.

Why are your employees always the laziest around? They never cook the food fully. I'm sitting here right now with bacon that's not cooked fully. Last week my whole sandwich was barely cooked. I called and they said they would fix it, well clearly not. Please teach your workers how to cook the food properly. I even try to ask for well done and they still give it to me undercooked. It's probably a lazy manager problem.

I wouldn't know because every time I go there from leaving the Y about 435 o'clock. Your guys's doors are closed and you got your workers. Sitting out in a car one car smoking. So yeah, no I would say you're probably losing business. Having that girl out there, I'll laugh. I bet you don't even make money enough money. There.

We stopped by the drive through… ordered a lg. hot with 7&7 … no sugar… ordered a caramel ICED latte… 5 caramel… got my hot coffee went to give it back and she said she couldn’t do it at the window… then handed me a hot latte and I said it was supposed to be iced.. to keep the window open I said we would come in… my wife went in and they wouldn’t even look at her.. put 6 dollars on the counter and walked away… never tried to make it right!!! She put sugar in my coffee herself… it was 3 o’clock Saturday the 30th… again never tried to make it right!!! Not what you would expect from Dunkin’!!!
