This is the 3rd and last time I buy there. Employees don't even look like they work there bc they all wearing pajamas or w.e they want to work...
You get ice coffee and it's filled with ice like wth?! Two sips and it's gone no matter the size!
Donuts are never available after 9ish..they have leftovers only I understand the situation of each individual but some of them aren't meant for this type of job ..like dealing with customers.

I ordered door dash and got two coffees and donuts for my kids and never got my donuts when I asked for a refund for my donuts I never received they told me that I can't get a refund for my order witch is theft not to happy

Ordered a frozen coffee on the App 20 min before they closed showed up and then told me they weren't making it bc they already cleaned the machine.....don't make it an option if you're not making them past a certain time, thanks for wasting my time

I spend around $16 a day on two Americanos with two extra turbo shots everyday. One in the morning, the other in the evening. Many times in the evening the servers clean the expresso machine hours before closure causing me to go other locations. Not to mention, many are unaware of how to make an American properly. No consistency constantly having to go back or coaching them to how much expresso is needed.

I was expecting a wait due to the power outages. But while waiting in the lobby. I heard a young woman of color yell out Large Black coffee. Her co worker politely asked her to not say it so loud. She responded, well you know I’m a “race” baiter…I, along with the 2 other women standing beside me were saddened to hear that. I hope someone can coach this young lady on how to act when serving the public.
