Ordered a frozen coffee on the App 20 min before they closed showed up and then told me they weren't making it bc they already cleaned the machine.....don't make it an option if you're not making them past a certain time, thanks for wasting my time

99% of the time, everything is right. And when it's right, great. I always get the midnight blend where they usually have to make a fresh pot. They do so every time, and I appreciate it. Drive-thru is always a toss-up, so you may have to roll the dice on whether to play bumper tag with the car in front and behind or do a walk-in.

This is my normal go-to Sunday dunkin, and I normally go to a dunkin 3-4 times a week. This morning was not their normal. They did not give me my coffee roll, they said they were out of small cups (I have 3 and 4 year old granddaughters who need to share), I asked for chocolate and jelly donut holes and got a mix and lastly asked for chocolate caramel cold brew and got caramel swirl. I hope this was just a bad morning. As I said I normally would give them 5 stars
