With not having the best luck with service at many Dunkin’s. The few times I come here have been pretty good service, this time though was exceptional. There was a very long drive-thru line but probably the quickest moving line I’ve been in. Whoever was running drive through was very nice, my food and drink came out fast, was very fresh and hot. Coffee was amazing and not burnt and for donating to child hunger received a $1 hot coffee coupon. Great experience today!

Honestly probably one of the most ridiculous stores I’ve ever been to. Multiple times I have gone in and either gotten ignored or an attitude. Today I went to get a drink and asked for less ice. So because I asked for less ice I received a drink that’s BARELY half full, when I said something about how the drink isn’t full she responded with well this is what you get for asking for less ice. I spent almost 7 dollars on a drink to not even have it full.

I debated this review for about 3 months now. I don’t typically write bad reviews, however I did find mold in my coffee … I was feeling sick the day after so my guess is a drank some before I notice the clumps at the bottom of the cup. I had a strong coffee addiction and from that day I won’t drink coffee made by someone else so thanks for all the money I guess I’m saving just wish i didnt find mold ..I guess America isn’t running on dunks these days.

I order the same drink almost daily, and it tastes different every single time. Some days it’s great, and other days I end up tossing it because it’s undrinkable. The ham croissants are cold half the time. So they’re either being pulled from the oven too early, or they’re not being given enough time to defrost. The inconsistencies here are wild. I don’t blame the workers, but I think management needs to do a better job of training and supervising to make sure things are being done to a higher standard.

For the teacher's appreciation week, this building refused to give free coffee after I heard from colleagues at the end of school. Apparently, Dunkin employees are not aware or fail to make it happen ?
