My Husband and I celebrated our 1st Anniversary yesterday. As part of a traditional celebration - we dug I to our year old wedding cake that has been in the freezer. I was not looking forward to eating what I thought would be a dried up and freezer burnt cake. I was PLEASANTLY surprised when I took the first bite! The cake was just as delicious and moist as it was on our wedding day. Oh my gosh! It was SO good!! Grant’s cake for the wedding AND Anniversary win!!!! Thanks bakers!!!
We picked up a lemon poppyseed torte for my husband's birthday and OH MY GOODNESS! It was an absolute hit with everybody! One of the best birthday cakes we've had. I'm so glad I know about Grand-Dad's bakery now!
