We went through the drive thru to order. The wait was longer than expected but we still ordered. After ordering we sat in line for our food for 55 minutes without moving. People were getting out of their cars in the drive thru to go inside, I guess to ask what what going on. We never got our food. We had to leave the line.

I purchased a chicken pot pie - generally my favorite!- it was barely warm, the top crust was caved in and the inside was very dry! So disappointing!!! Also you have the most incredible coleslaw but $3.49 for that size portion is way overpriced! I thought it was the larger size. What’s going on??
Chicken wasn't as juicy as I had hoped, but I was there later on in the night, so perhaps it wasn't as fresh. With their prices, I'd expect slightly higher quality. Overall not bad.

On Saturday January 11th at 7pm me and my fiance went for food and got a chicken sandwich / a 5 piece tender box, both of the chicken in our meals tasted and looked like they hadn't cleaned the fryer in quite a while, she couldn't even finish hers and I don't think I want to finish mine either. We normally never have this issue but I think the teenagers working tonight were slacking hard when it came to the cleaning. The fries that came with the meals were fine but it's pretty hard to screw up fries, my wife had also gotten a small mashed potato with her meal and it wasn't even the size of a small it only covered 1/3rd of the bottom. They also put pickles on her sandwich and she's allergic to pickles so thank you for that as well now I get to deal with a pissy wife because the teenagers working aren't doing their jobs correctly.

We showed up later in the evening..The staff ignored us because they were busy with take out orders.. don't waste your time
I should not have old chicken strips, custed gravy and a hard biscuits at noon. I spend over 12 dollars and had to throw most of it way due to it being nasty due to it being old.

I just waited 40 minutes for a spicy chicken sandwich. It was a combo that came with fries but I was given cole slaw. Maybe I should look at the menu. Too slow
Anyway the food is hot and good. The staff cleaned tables while I was here so it's clean.

Worst meal I ever had at KFC yesterday, skin was dark brown like it sat in oil way to long, breast were hard and extremely chewy, wing were so hard they could not be eaten, KFC was my favorite take wilth the issues over the last couple of years I am done with them
