not the best working environment there is a lot of negativity in the plants, the have a mentality that everyone is replaceable and have a high turnover rate. they really need a change in management.

Unfortunately my landlord showed me the apartment while they had no deliveries. From 630 Am till mid afternoon they have delivery of floor and the truck drivers BANG so loud good luck with getting sleep past 630 . It’s not fair to my children who are under the age of two . I’ve called them many many times to see if we can come up with a better solution than taking a hammer to the side of a metal truck … still no luck .

They give up, say "We have failed you.", not compromise with you, promise you HR will talk to you about their "investigation" but they never do... and they wonder why the turn-over rate is terrible.-Management holds grudges over isolated mistakes, and it automatically means you're incompetent.-"Oh you did this one thing wrong, I wonder what else you do wrong."-mentality.-Will favor keeping their criminal employees over working with military veterans (equal opportunity, indeed).-Will reprimand you for "horseplay" but allow other, more tenured employees to get away with it.-Will have you work seven 12-hour days in a row and not give you ample time to recover.-Obsolete and unsafe machinery.-Will blame you for things that aren't your fault. They have two facilities one at Locust St the other at Park St, not a fun place to maneuver at the street , and they took 2 hrs to load 2 pallets at Park St. eating my log hrs.
