Me and my family order from them regularly and on 8/9 @8:22pm I placed an online order that i never received the order kept saying out for delivery. I was waiting for hours to get my food and they never called or brought my orders.I talked with slice for hours where they tried to get ahold of the store that night too and they kept telling me to wait and wouldn’t cancel my refund all the status was saying was out for delivery till who knows what time i was talking with slice till after 10pm. I called them the next day to figure out what to do. They said they would call me back. Slice talked with them on the phone @2pm. Sent me an email told me the store would get back to me. Never heard back they where closed on the 11th so i called back today on the 12th and they said their driver delivered my order and to call slice. I called slice and they told me that they wouldn’t refund me bc the driver said they delivered my order but i had been talking with slice for hours about my order bc the wait time was 60-75 min. And the owner was extremely rude. Will never order from them again.
Brought my 1st/2nd grade Rec basketball team here for a after season Pizza Party. The staff was great and the pizza was excellent. Will definitely be bringing my team here again in the future

Called to confirm they were open on 4th July, very pleasant friendly busy voice told me they are but would be shutting down to only be doing pizza and cold sandwiches soon, so we ordered Takeout since I wanted a hot sandwich. They were busy! Our hot food was all packed and ready, as we paid the young girl told another worker to pack our cold items we ordered. We were in and out very quickly, then we went across the road to park, eat, watch fireworks. The food was delicious, hot, fresh, yummy, and everything was correct. perfect 4th of July Picnic Dinner. This was a last minute plan night out for my younger son, our Big family going away vacation got cancelled due to my husband and older son getting sick. We needed a fun event, the dinner choice, definitely was a good one we will go back. Can not believe it took the Memorial Bridge being out, Fireworks in Lewiston/Auburn and being stuck at home to find a great place, with yummy food and awesome customer service. I did not check out the atmosphere just the register area.
